I have pros and mostly cons for this establishment.
PROS:
Alex and Arturo took great contentment in their jobs. They answered all of my questions regarding parking rules, utilities, and income requirements.
Move-in was very smooth, and all the appliances were working in excellent condition.
Work orders were executed promptly. They work hard, and I respect them greatly. I'm glad they managed to replace the old central AC unit the first day we moved in.
The people living in this complex were quite friendly! But not much of a diverse community.
Lastly, they have new vinyl flooring on the kitchen

This community is one of the best kept secrets in the Pomona area! Villa Del Sol is clean, quiet and convenient...but most importantly the staff is LOVELY. I have had friends live here and love it and now that we are looking for a place, this was the first choice. Alex was so nice and helpful during our conversation and tour today. He was informative, broke down all pricing and requirements, and really took the time to get to know us and answer all of our questions. Cannot recommend them enough!

Great community! We recently had the opportunity to visit this apartment complex after looking at a couple others in the local area and not only is the complex itself nice but the staff (Alex) and the property manager (Art) were exceptional as well. Clean, presentable and everyone had great attitudes, even as they interacted with tenants. Clean, quiet and a lot more safe and upscale feeling in comparison to some of the other nearby apartments. The staff who have a sense of pride and ownership in their work and their community. The layouts of the apartments are amazing and perfect for what we are

I worked with Alex for my future home needs. I was very impressed with the tour itself...he KNEW what he was talking about and it was an actual tour. not “go look and see what you think”. He walked us through the facility and apartment(s), asked questions to get to know our likes and needs, was very attentive, and made the apartment feel like home. They also worked with me financially which made my life so much easier, especially now. But i don’t only look at that, i have a son and i honestly have high standards when it comes to cleanliness, the neighborhood, if there’s enough
