I have been living here for almost two years; I feel everything is good, and the living environment is good; outside ambient is good as well. whenever I meet some daily issues, the office always helps out and tries to solve as many as possible. Julie is a friendly and helpful lady there; call them anytime if you have any questions.

You definitely get what you pay for in this complex, which includes: having your tires robbed, a bee infestation in your unit, loud, rude, and obnoxious neighbors, a pool that's infested with unsupervised children very often (pre-COVID), and people drinking/smoking in the parking lot. Oh, and lots of trash. I lived here for FOUR years with my wife.
First things first, BEWARE OF SECURITY HERE. ALL FOUR TIRES from my brand new car were stolen while parked IN OUR COVERED ASSIGNED SPOT. The complex and police did nothing to offer help or sympathy.

I can't express how grateful I am with management especially, Julie.. she has been extremely helpful with my application process and has taken her time to explain everything.. the times that I've been there she is multitasking with other tasks and she still holds her composure... her positive attitude and energy is amazing. I lived here for about a year and a half and I loved every moment! The apartments are clean and super cute on the inside! It's location is amazing! The other residents are very nice and considerate. Maintenence is amazing and always fulfilled my requests within 24 hours. Dacia- the manager is amazing as well! She is so knowledgeable and helpful! Overall, I truly loved my time here. It was the perfect apartment!

Visited Shadow Mountain over Labor Day weekend. I was surprised to see how big the room was and especially surprised to see how quiet the hotel and even the city was. I thought there was going to be a bunch of tourists around trying to relax for the holiday, but nope, it was quiet and we actually loved it. The room was awesome because it was very spacious and the kitchenette allowed us to cook instead of spending more on restaurants, it has all the cooking tools and utensils you may need. The pool was awesome and clean, a little too warm for my personal preference, but we both enjoyed it. I'd say

I lived her for 2 yrs and my experience there was good. the maintenance staff was on task and fast when we had fixing requests. The Manager Jennifer would greet us every time we saw her pass by. We had friendly neighbors. everything was clean and I never saw any roach or pest problem which was a plus for me. No patio or area to put things like pots or bikes out, some of the gym equipment did not work and if the kids played with chalk it had to be washed away, which I didn't mind. I wish it was a bit more kid friendly but all in all it was a good living experience, I have even considered moving

It is obvious that people that leave good reviews for this place are related to management. Lived there for only a few months. Made several complains to management people living underneath me were always drinking and smoking. Management did nothing. Found out the day I moved out that they were related to management team and that's the reason they did nothing. Manager seems to always be in a bad mood always giving dirty looks. Also found out that not everyone leasing there pays for water and trash only new or several tenants. And they over charge for it. Also found out from several tenants

Lived here for a year, and had a great experience. They are extremely professional, and compared to past apartments I have lived in, Shadow Mountain ranks among the best. Management always responds quickly to inquiries, communicates well, and is very helpful. It is affordable, and I enjoyed the over-communication and information received constantly. Highly recommend living here!

I had a TERRIBLE experience here. I lived here with my sister for a year and a half while going to school in the area. The people who lived around us were very weird and unfriendly. There was a drug bust about two apartments down from us just about every weekend.
When it rained, the roof leaked and our fridge shut off many times and all our food spoiled! Never going back!
