Our family have lived here for 4 years now and really appreciate the value of our complex. We are surrounded by polite and respectful neighbors. We thankfully have never experienced theft of packages & when delivered to the wrong address, our neighbors have brought our packages to us. Original management team was replaced about 3 years ago and this new team have been helpful and return calls & emails (when unavailable) in a timely manner. Our maintenance team are very professional & respectful of property, making every effort to assist as soon as possible. Having in-unit washer/dryer is a plus

I think anyone who knows about finding a place to call home can be very stressful. I want to personally say thank you to Daniella who made the experience of applying for an Apartment much easier. My husband and I were so impressed by the professionalism she showed not only with helping us as well as handling a crisis on site. My husband and I left there knowing if we lived there and we needed something from property management it would be handled quickly and professionally.

We have lived here for 4 years now and we love it. The apartments are perfectly located near the Edwards Theatre, Chili’s, shopping and other restaurants in walking distance.
The interior of the apartments are updated and very spacious. The layout is perfect too. You feel like you’re in a real home.
The community offers two pools with gazebos and barbecues and a nice gym.

My husband and I recently inquired about an apartment at Monte Vista Apartments. We were impressed with the floorplans, location, amenities and especially with the customer service from the Assistant Manager Danielle and staff . Unfortunately they didn't have any available apartments at the time but my husband and I will be back and definitely apply. I will tell my friends about this wonderful community. 😊👍

I have lived here at Monte Vista a little over a year now and let me tell you that the office staff and maintenance staff is excellent. They respond to all concerns and work orders in a timely manner. Danielle is very professional and will take care of all your needs. This is a very convenient place to live as well because all markets, gas stations, movie theater, and everything else you would want and need is really close distance. 10/10 highly recommend Monte Vista.

Shout out to Cassandra and the maintenance team! They are what makes this place likable. Maintenance is on- set 24/7. So thats nice.
Pros: THICK WALLS ! Never ever did we hear our neighbors. Allows small and big breed dogs. Nice sqft per unit compared to surrounding areas. Parking was always easy to find.
Cons: too expensive. No playground or dog park.

I feel like this may be my last review of this place. With the exception of Cassandra, the rest of the management is cold and aloof from their residents. They recently replaced former management and they just do not care about people. We are just rent to them. We live in a gated community and my neighbor's bicycles were stolen in broad daylight and when he told management about it Danielle's first response was "Did you leave them out in the carport? They should not be there." It really doesn't matter if they should be there or not, this is a gated community and people literally

My family and I had to move out while our house was being repaired due to a pipe breaking. I cannot say enough great things about Monte Vista Apartments. It is well kept, has every amenity you could possibly need, and flexible leasing options. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Casandra and Danielle in the leasing office are so kind and made sure that everything went smoothly during our time living at Monte Vista. They even handled out WILD insurance company. Also our dogs were able to come and stay with us! Thank you again.

My family and I moved in a 1 1.2 ago. When we first started looking for a place e to live.montevista was the first place we came to. After going in office and taking tour. We knew we had found a great place to live. Not only is this complex super quite. It's very well maintained. Swimming pools are always clean as well as restroom.it also has a security patrolling nightly.the maintenance crew is awesome when you need something repaired they are on it. Within a few hours repairs are done.

DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU WORK THE NIGHT SHIFT AND HAVE TO SLEEP DURING THE DAY, living here is like living near the city and a construction zone, since i moved in this place about a year ago and this place has been under constant renovations and under consistant construction, i work the night shift so it requires i sleep during the day but its impossible here especially as of lately. So much noise and landscape work make it difficult to get a solid sleep. We've been living here a few months now and I'm less than impressed. When we first moved in we had a huge bug problem - so bad that I documented a complaint with the County.
When moving in and putting things away I found razor blades and nails along the base boards and in the closets. Definitely not safe if you have children!

This place is a house of cards. Vynal wood floors, roaches up the wazoo, went without heat and running water for a month. I got a $400 discount one month signing a contract that I wouldn't sue. I finally left but my poor dog had to have surgery because roaches made a home and died in his ears. RUN!!!!!

I think I've been SUPER patient with this apartment community after living here for 3yrs. I'm a few days away from delivering my baby and my entire pregnancy I've had to deal with my apartment smelling like Weed. I kept expressing how the smell was going into my clothes and making my stuff smell for 1 year now. My older daughter has to go over to grandmas house at times of how bad it smells and keeps us up at night. All they had to say is they will notify the neighbors to be more "Courteous" and smoke it outside. When you are pregnant that's the last thing you want

Many many things to complain about the most recent one is funny. No hot water!!! You pay 1800$ for 1 bd unit to get a kind of little warm water. They said thats the new efficient system. So we cannot get warm water during peak time. So basically we cannot have a shower during the day. Wait till midnight to take a shower. Also, we have to let the water run for 10-15 minutes to get little warm water. In the end, they save in heating water they charge us more for water.

We really have enjoyed our stay here so far (8 months).
This is a very safe and quiet community that feels home-y.
The grounds are lined with tall green trees and grass. Two pools, laundry on site if you need.
We have a renovated apartment and the layout is very comfortable. We've gotten compliments each time company is over.

This post is in regards to my grandmothers apartment, she is a current resident and THANK GOD she is moving out soon. This complex is incredibly negligent and poorly run. Her neighbors smoke weed all day and night, and it pours into her apartment. It makes her physically ill, all of the smoke, and when brought to the attention of the staff and management, THEY DID NOTHING. Upon requesting that I be allowed to move to a new unit in the complex or break my lease, penalty free, as a result of the horrendous living conditions as a result of my neighbor below, I was informed by management today that they were unwilling to assist me. I moved in at the end of September. I really love all the upgrades they've done, especially the hardwood floors. I've read on other websites about noisey neighbors. I have to be honest, I've never heard any of my neighbors. Seriously! Never! The complex is overall pretty quiet.
If you're looking for a place with lots of storage, this isn't the place for you. The kitchen storage is pretty minimal. Not to mention, you lose a hall closet with the washer and dryer. No problem! I'll take an inside washer and dryer any day.
