We have been tenants at Amber Ridge for almost 4 years now. Our experience has been great! Management is wonderful. They the time to get to know you and make themselves available for any concerns, large or small. Maintenance needs are met very quickly and thoroughly, and the grounds crew is here keeping the property looking freshly groomed at all times. The gym is always clean. Our unit is spacious and comfortable. Our neighbors are friendly and caring. We are very happy here at Amber Ridge!

I really enjoyed the location of this apartment as well as the fact that they offered a one bedroom in a one story with no one above. I should have known it was too good to be true.. The first person I had toured with told me that I'd have a washer and dryer. Upon moving in, I found out that was not the case. In order to compensate, they let me use the rented fridge free of charge. That was a nice gesture, but not having a washer and dryer when being told I'd have one was really frustrating.

Not working with AC and recently the temperature is over 100 I called office around 2:00 PM they told me will come to fix it soon kids can't sleep well at night. too hot may cause kids sick and in these special time that will be terrible for me. They always find out the new reason. First time tell me that will come tomorrow 11am but when I call them at 11 they told me will come at 1-3 pm I call them no one answers the call and then told me the AC repair man's truck have problems on the road he need to repair the car so can't coming today so maybe come next day !!! I can't understand

Concerned for the safety of my family. My mother and brother have lived in Amber Ridge for quite some time now. At first, it seemed amazing. I loved how pet-friendly they are. The grounds seem to be very well-kept. Maintenance man a okay, they are a little slow to address things, and I've had to tighty up there work on a few occasions. They could definitely use more training.

Veronica and Cecilia has made my move-in day the most wonderful experience this year. They are very knowledgeable about what they do and their customer services skills are superb !!!!! The property and grounds are well kept. We have finally found our home again at Amber Ridge Apartments !!! I recommend this property for renting ***** 5 Star Rating !!

Got termites from living here. Now my new place has termites. Complained to management many times about termites that would swarm in the apartment. Now my house has to be tented. My suspension on my car is shot from 2 years of driving over those huge speed bumps in the complex, and I never drove quickly. Nearly 3k a month to get termites, water is shut off several days a week, air conditioning was always leaking and moldy.

My experience with Veronica and her peers has been nothing short of fantastic. They were incredibly accommodating kind welcoming to my son and I .

I wish I could give Veronica ten stars too! Moving is difficult under the best of circumstances. When you add a 21-day escrow, my 67 yo mother moving after 40 years in her home, a toddler, 2 dogs and July heat, it was honestly one of the hardest experiences of my life. What made ALL the difference for us was their current Asst. Manager Veronica. She helped us every step of the way (even staying with us until 9PM on move-in day due to unforeseen issues!!) and in my opinion Amber Ridge Apartment's top asset. When the chips were down, she looked in my teary eyes and promised to take care of us

This is my third year with Amber Ridge and it's not too bad considering the price and the area. The office accommodated our maintenance requests swiftly as promised, the grounds are always kept clean and neighbors are always friendly and quiet. It's definitely one of the nicer complexes i've stayed in over the years in the area.
I have two very minor inconveniences - that aren't entirely the fault of the complex - that prevented me from giving five stars:

Where to begin? Veronica is phenomenal!!! I wish I could give her 10 stars. Her charisma and honesty is what made me decide to make Amber Ridge my home. We were so unhappy where we currently live and Veronica helped us apply for Amber Ridge to be our new home. She was very thorough and walked us through every step of the process. As she promised she got everything done extremely fast! Unlike other places I didn't have to go looking for her instead she called me two business days after applying to inform me that my fiancé and I were approved and Amber Ridge will soon be our home!Thank you

A convenient, lovely, mostly quiet location! Best part? Aracely Pinto is a friendly, caring, dedicated manager. She takes care of any issues that come up very quickly. I'm just amazed at how she goes the extra mile -- creating the egg hunt for Easter for the kids in the community and organizing the National Night Out celebration. She's kind to people and our pets. I came in to tour and met with Andrea Henry. She was really sweet and took her time touring me and answering my questions. She was the hostess with the mostess! I loved the property and floor plans. It's quiet and near so many stores and shopping centers. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything for my move in date but, I plan to check back for sure.

This is an updated review from my previous one star review. I am now giving four stars as Aracely is working to resolve the issues we continuously faced. Aracely, THANK YOU for changing the pipes so we now get hot water, power washing to patios to hopefully (fingers crossed!) get rid of the spiders and roaches as well as putting cedar on the roof to keep the spiders away, having more patrol to keep the homeless out, and fixing the air conditioning. I understand the power outages are an Edison issue.

These apartment were awesome! I took a tour with Aracely and she was very sweet and provided excellent costumer service to us as we did the tour. We went in wanting a 1 bedroom apartment and unfortunately we have to wait for one to become available and i cant wait! Thank you Aracely for all your help, i look forward to hearing back from you!

I lived here for a year and I really loved it. The location of the apartment is literally undefeated. Everything you need is within a couple blocks and it's close to the 210 freeway. Parking is always available and there's no gate so having guests over is convenient. Make sure to pay your rent on time because you'll definitely get hit with that $50 late fee and they'll rarely make an exception. The leasing agent, Andrea, is the best; she's super friendly/helpful so if you have an issues definitely talk to her. The place is also pet friendly so that's cool!

Rent: They raise the rent every time the lease is renewed. 6 month and 12 month. When I started looking for a house, I renewed my lease for a 6 month lease, and couldn't find a house for a while. They raised my rent every time the lease was up.
