This experience couldn’t have gone any smoother. I started looking for a place in October of 2021. After house hunting and shopping around for a few weeks, most places weren’t taking it seriously. They rarely responded and made it difficult for a task that should be the complete opposite. That’s when I found Fairlane east. From day One, they were responsive, efficient and professional. Madison, the leasing consultant at Fairlane east along with Deloris.. answered my 1000+ questions that I had to help me find the perfect option for me. My expected move-in date was roughly December/January

Terrible housing I lived here for 4 years and they wouldn't update anything until I told them I'll write a review. I have a video of the rusting and dissolving metals in bathrooms and the terrible flooring on the kitchen and bathrooms Also, they don't have enough maintenance people so once you put an order you have to wait or call them and give them a hard time. you'll pay 2k a month to live in this condition it's not even healthy to shower in a bathroom like this but they don't care about our health here. The appliances are outdated and they do not respond to maintenance request. I have put in several request and called the office to follow up and they assuree me that they would pass it along to the maintenance men. I now have two different issues that need to be taken care of, one being a linking faucet, and no one has to check either. I spend entirely too much money to deal with these issues. Also there are two gates broken and they have yet to make those a priority for us residents. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I also lived here years ago and never had a problem.

The move in process was not a problem. I rate these apartments a with a two star because the neighbor is nice and friendly and it is gated. Other than that I have been living here for 2 years and everything about these townhouses are outdated. My basement flooded and they are giving everyone with a basement a hard time to come and put the finished basements that were in our unit back up. My basement has water coming from he foundation. No has started to work on that issue after I have called plenty of times. Since the first flood no one has started working on it.The townhouses and apartments are

My experience at Fairlane East has been excellent! The move in process was seamless with the assistance of Ms. Delores in the leasing office. From start to finish she made sure everything was taken care of and all of my concerns were addressed. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance has been quick to respond to any issues in my unit. The units are a little older but the location, size of the space and the peace of mind (I can’t hear my neighbors through the walls) makes up for it. Overall, I really enjoy living here!

Living at Fairlane East is country club resort living at its finest! The townhomes are spacious, stylish, and have awesome floor plan layouts. The community has a beautiful pond in the center of the complex, sand volleyball court, playscape for kids, disc golf, and a very classy clubhouse that is great for residents that want to host parties! The office staff is incredible everyone on the team seems eager to serve and they are always looking for creative ways to show residents appreciation. They have had everything from happy hours, taco trucks, Indian cuisine, ice creme trucks, and brown bag breakfast

I'm an engineer who moved into the area for work. While I love the location, the customer service and maintenance are horrible. I've been here three months and been incorrectly charged multiple times. I sent several emails and voicemails, and spoke to the managers on duty. While they assured me they would look into it, they have still not removed… the charges. Additionally, I have no electricity on one side of my living room, my dryer is out of order, and a funny smell is coming from under the guest bathroom (which I believe to be water damage and possibly mold). Stay away from this property. No one cares about your maintenance request.
Their amenities are probably older than you, and obviously lack of maintenance.
My AC stopped working for so many times that I couldn't remember.
Today the AC is down again, and the temperature in my room has reached 90 degrees and stayed over 85 degrees for the entire day.
The maintenance won't even call me back and tell me when this is going to be fixed.
I had a severe heat stroke because of this. And after calling them many times, still no resolutions.
You are doomed if anything happens in the off hours
