Services
We allow 2 pets max per unit, and only cats and dogs are allowed. There is a $350 non-refundable pet deposit, and pet rent is $25/mo per pet. Restricted dog breeds include: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, or a mix of any of the above.

I was the Property Manager for almost four years at Gale Gardens Apartments. Hard Working and Reliable Maintenance Team at Gale. The residents at Gale were the BEST group of people, it was nothing short of a pleasure to dedicate all my efforts to them and the outstanding company I worked for. I learned a lot of useful skills and appreciate the opportunity I was given. Great Place to Live, Laugh and be Comfortable.

You don't want to live here. Nothing is ever fixed...and when they do send a maintenance person it's from a third party and the poor guys usually don't have the right equipment. They never fixed the air conditioner, the garbage disposal, doors, etc. The only thing they ever fixed was our heat...and that was after 3 months of blowing their phone up. I have children that can not live like that. We took our lease over from our roommates and they never got the papers straight to were our names are on it. We got a lease renewal stating rent would be 800. We are paying 900. To live by train tracks. There

I've lived here for over 3 years, when we first moved in everything was great, then they went under new management, rent went up, we now have to pay for water, trash and sewage,the pool stays closed every summer, they don't fix any repairs, and the office employees always seem to have attitudes, I've been complaining about my sink and garbage disposal which is now leaking, for over a month, still no repairs made, I also complained about the lock on my door, still not repaired, but they make sure they get their rent every month, smh I'm so disappointed, we used to love this place

I have lived at Gale Gardrns for a little over a year. I love it. It is close to shopping and freeway access. Anytime I have had any issue's with my apartment. I have called the office and they took care of my issue's promptly. The staff is friendly and inviting in the office. Anytime I have gone to the office they have been professional and… welcoming. The guys that have come to my apartment have always been professional & taken care of the problem's I had. They have always seemed to go above and beyond for me. I appreciate that. The only down side I can think of is the pool hasn't

We were scheduled to move in on October 9th, on October 8th they emailed us saying that our unit wasn't ready for move in and wouldn't be until the following Friday. Emily was very rude,stoic, unapologetic and unsympathetic. I contacted the regional manager Mike Kolb several times,and have yet to hear back from him.

My boyfriend and I was interested in leasing a 2 bedroom apartment from Gale Garden Apartments. I stopped in the leasing office to inquire, Emily, the woman in the leasing office appeared to be super friendly. She explained everything and because my boyfriend was work, she told me we could apply online. She provided me with her business card and told me if I had ANY questions, feel free to email her. I emailed her to see if they offered any lease incentives, she answered immediately and explained they could waive our application fees and our first month would be 1/2 off due to my employer. After living here for over four years I've noticed a big change since a recent change in management. Rent is not competitive as it is in other apartments in this same town. I've had a car stolen, the next car had the catalytic converter stolen two days after purchase and recently my car was broken into when I left my gym bag on the seat. The police of Melvindale however have been very responsive.
