Carol Carr recently helped me sell my mom's former home. The process went very smoothly. Carol was able to help get the place ready to sell by arranging painters, a handy man and a stager. She then contacted me regularly during the process regarding showings and offers. Then once I selected an offer, she was there through every step of the process from escrow, inspection, closing, etc. Overall she did a great job and I am happy with the outcome.

Kristine was the first to really listen to us and find out exactly what kind of house we were looking for and our preferred location. Anytime a home came on the market that matched our criteria, she made sure we knew about it immediately. Jae is an excellent agent. He was readily available to assist us with our property by phone, text or email. He even arranged all contractors and cleaners to assist us in preparing the property for sale. He explained all real estate processes to us and kept us informed on every single offer we received on our house. Selling our house was a seamless process under his guidance. Karlee Ames showed my girlfriend and I a condo in Henderson, Las Vegas and we spent about 5 minutes in the condo and loved it! Karlee asked questions about what we like, what we dislike, wants, needs etc. She fulfilled our requests with smiles and expertise. She even was able to take those requests and provide it on a server that listed homes/condos/apartments to our liking, which made it extremely easy to find a place.
