Gated complex; nice size apartments; great pool and workout area. Problems with repair services! Always a delay. Do not enforce all rules discussed at lease signing. People leave garbage outside their front door area which is not supposed to be allowed!

I lived here for 2 years. Had a wonderful experience. The staff were outstanding and they even helped me out when it came between a rock and a hard place. They took care about privacy and security. The maintainance staff was generally quick to respond to service calls and I never had a complaint.

Ms. Robbie Beard's assistance in the rental process was excellent. she is so thorough and courteous. We enjoyed meeting with her and laughed the entire time. What a perfect people-person!!

Living in Abita View Apartments has been nothing but a great experience. I have been here since March and I absolutely love it. It's quiet and peaceful and the view I have off my balcony is wonderful. I had an issue with my AC one night when I got home late and one of their awesome guys came out and fixed it within 15 minutes of me calling and leaving a message. I was so surprised. It was a quick and easy fix. The entire staff is awesome. So friendly and polite. I know from experience that it's common to live in an apartment complex with unappealing homes and poor management.. but Abita View has

What a beautiful apartment complex! Apartments are huge with balconies. They have a big lake to fish in and even a dog park!

Been living here for since April and I absolutely love it here. Kept seeing the ad, went to check it out and knew immediately it was where I wanted to be. Sean the manager is absolutely fantastic! If there is any maintenance issues, they fix them usually same day. Apartments are in A1 condition. I've never had one issue here. Hands down best apartments I've ever stayed in!
