In may i applied for ibis trail apartments in covington. i put a $400 deposit. then they denied my application & said they would mail a check with the deposit back.
couple weeks goes by no check. i call them. for at least 2 weeks & it was either no answer or answer & “we’ll call you back we’re busy”.
finally Antonio in the office said okay we’re sending it out
never got it. i try calling again & he tells me this time “we didn't send out your deposit because you didn't fill out the paperwork in time when your application was accepted” i said “no. my application was denied & you

Upon giving my deposit I was guaranteed a certain apartment and move in date. When my move in date arrived I was made aware that my “guaranteed” apartment was being occupied and I was placed in a different apartment.
Before moving-in I also made the leasing agent aware that my wife was a military service member and may be getting orders soon to depart, he stated that was fine as long as I gave a 60 day notice (false, lease states 30 day notice) and upon getting orders for departure I have been reprimanded by being overcharged (nearly $3,000) and hit with an EVICTION NOTICE! Under the SCRA

Just go somewhere else. From day one, parking has been an issue. If you like parking down the block from your apartment building then this place is perfect. If you get home after 6, goodluck finding a parking space. If you need maintenance you're going to have to call at least twice before they actually show up. This past summer I had packages stolen from my door step, as well as the parcel lockers were broken into. They didn't even have cameras until after it happened. Not to mention I always hear screaming kids while I'm inside. Its so frustrating, I can't stand it here.

Excellent place to rent. Grounds are well kept and has a beautiful pool. Playground is kept clean. Staff is extremely friendly and knows you by name. Maintenance is amazing, always came within a couple hours of reporting any issues. Apartments are very nice on the inside as well. Perfect location. Basically any place you would need to go on a daily basis is just a short drive away. Walking distance to a large dog park as well. I love living here!

I have lived here for 4 years. This will be my last. As soon as my lease is up I'm moving out. This used to be a great place to live. Management was great and when you walked in to the office they all knew your name. Unfortunately now the management team sucks. I walked in the other day to pick up a package and had to stand their and wait for 15 minutes while the office girl finished playing on her phone. She didn't even try to hide it. My truck has so far in the last 3 months been vandalized twice. They don't respect your privacy, when maintenance comes by they knock once and immediately open
