Just moved here from Texas about a month ago for school with my four year old and we LOVE it. The maintenance guys are super nice. I needed help putting up my TV mounts and they came over and helped with no problem. The girls at the front are very helpful and nice. Love the privacy and how quiet it is here as well. Would highly recommend this place.

Moved in a month ago and have had nothing but positive experiences!
The Collins is clean, safe, pet friendly and has such caring staff. Any time I have had to call maintenance (only once and it was because I messed up my own AC) they responded straight away and had it fixed within the hour!
Really love living at the Collins and am so glad I chose to live here.

Although I have not lived here long, my experience at the Collins so far has been outstanding. The apartments are brand new and beautiful, the amenities are top notch, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They even accommodated a very last minute request for us, as Mark and Danielle always appear willing to go the extra mile to make their residents happy. All the great features of an apartment community (pool, grill, gym, etc) in a unit that feels like a modern townhouse - I would highly recommend the Collins to all!

The Collins is nestled in a great area zoned for businesses next to Honda of Covington conveniently located to many shopping and restaurant venues as well as quick access to the interstate. The building are brand new with modern appliances, nine foot ceilings, great flooring and storage with many units offering attached garages. The staff are top notch and will cater to your every need and whim. Professionally managed and staffed, residents enjoy quick resolution to issues as well as 24 hour emergency service. I don't move in for a few more weeks, but I can say that the experience so far has been exceptional. I was approved and had a unit selected literally within an hour or so. Danielle has been more than helpful and always got back to me promptly whenever I emailed her with questions. The complex looks amazing and the amenities are plentiful. I can't wait to move and and start enjoying the community. I will update some time after my move-in but I'm sure the rating isn't going to change.
Update: I've been here for a few days now, I still love it. The neighborhood is very quiet and gets plenty of sunlight

There are so many wonderful things to love about living at The Collins. Not only are the apartments themselves absolutely breathtaking, but the staff here is beyond compare. Kristin is the definition of excellent customer service and has gone out of her way to ensure that I am taken care of. I couldn't have picked a better place to call home.

There isn’t anything negative to say about this place. From the first point of contact Danielle was amazing. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with any and everything I requested. I absolutely love the amenities here at the Collins. They are far above my expectations. Even the emailed updater information which allows you to smoothly transition your utilities, forward mail, and provides discount coupons for shopping. I feel like they thought of everything here. I feel very safe and comfortable as well, which was a priority for me. Great Job to the staff for keeping this place beautiful

Just moved in a week ago and couldn't be happier. The entire property and the units themselves are well thought out and beautiful. There is plenty of amenities and is quite a peaceful place to live tucked in the trees. The location is also perfect as it is close to shopping and restaurants and is also not far from the Causeway. Kristin the leasing agent is so wonderful to work with and answers questions right away. This is a well managed property as they go above and beyond for their residents. Happy to call this place home!

I absolutely love living at The Collins! They have to be, by far, the best apartment community on the Northshore! It does not at all feel like I am living in an apartment! I love all of the windows and the big open kitchen! The amenities are also top notch. The pool and outdoor area is like nothing I have ever seen before and my pup LOVES the pet spa! I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to have all of the amenities of an apartment community, but the luxuries of living in a house!
