I’ve lived here for 3 years and have no problems if you need maintenance they respond really quickly they keep the grounds clean and if have a question about anything they are happy to help the people who work around here are so friendly.
Barbie,Devon,& Mike are very nice and helpful and anytime I’ve needed maintenance Mike there either that same or next day and always does a great job fixing the problem! I highly recommend Palmetto Greens!

Used to love it here and it used to nice but now it’s just gone so down hill especially with how these kids are completely out of hand and have no adult supervision while outside. Constantly fighting and destroying property. It’s such a shame from being a wait list to get an apartment here to now this.

Property and facilities are very well kept. Beautiful landscaping around the property maintained and grass always cut. Haven’t experienced any bugs while living at the property. Parking is plentiful, with the option to park under covered parking or not. Property is fairly well lit. The units are spacious and up to date. Requesting maintenance: I’ve had to use the maintenance crew a couple of times and they were quick, professional, and fixed the issues. (Shoutout to Mike with maintenance).

I love Palmetto Greens Apts the staff here is amazing in every way ... the mgr Ms Devon is so nice understanding mostly especially when it comes to having an emergency come up at the last min in your family and she works with you not just as a person to her but more like your family.... I haven't had any type of problems since I've rented my place I've been here for over a year and some months and it's been wonderful ... the place is well maintained and kept up .. they offer grills to BBQ and picnic benches to sit and eat with your family when they come over to visit or for a party or get together

It feels good when you can surround yourself with such good hearted people! Ms Lisa and Ms Devin are the people that manage the office here at palmetto greens Apts and they helped me every inch of the way! I'm so blessed to be apart of such an amazing community! It means a lot to me to be in the hands of people who care! Thanks guys for everything and I look forward to a bright and happy future!
