I highly recommend Milla & Associates, LLC. Our lawyer, Justin was highly qualified. He made the entire process so seamless. I never met him during the entire stage after our first meeting and he was on point with all the documentation and responsible with communication, and best thing, honest advise. He gave me answers that were right and not what I just wanted to hear and there were multiple occasions where this happened. This honest advice meant everything to us. Hiring Robert Milla was the worst decision of my life. Not only did my immigration case fail due to his terrible guidance, he was confrontational and was caught lying. A complaint has been filed with the Illinois ARDC (Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission) regarding his conduct. If you want more information, please message me. After reading all the positive reviews, my wife and I contacted Robert Milla about handling my wife's green card process. During the initial consultation with Robert we felt very uneasy and rushed as if he had other more important matters to tend to. Against my better judgement, we agreed to hire Robert to represent us.
My wife's case was a simple, straightforward one. No prior marriages for both of us, no criminal history, and ample evidence of a bonafide marriage.
He quoted us $3350 (extra 250 to attend interview). I made the retainer payment of $1000 that they requested to start
