Our firm's senior attorney Bradford Miller grew up in the Chicago area. He studied at Illinois State University and abroad at Oxford University prior to earning both his J.D. and a master's degree in real estate law from The John Marshall Law School.

Mr. Miller is the owner of Bradford Miller Law P.C. Since 2006, it is estimated that Mr. Miller has been involved with well over $1 billion dollars worth of real estate transactions. From large office buildings, to industrial buildings, to single family homes and condos, Mr. Miller has been involved with all types of real estate transactions.
Elizabeth is our Head Paralegal, she grew up in the Chicago area. She attended Robert Morris University, Chicago and earned her degree in Paralegal Studies. After college, she worked for a small firm in Skokie where she gained extensive knowledge on Short Sales, Real Estate and Foreclosures. Today Elizabeth focuses primarily on Real Estate and Short Sales.
Stephanie was born and raised in Chicago. She has a degree in paralegal studies from Roosevelt University. After Roosevelt University, she worked in family law and criminal law before joining Bradford Miller Law. Today, Stephanie focuses primarily on Real Estate clients. Bradford Miller Law got me through what ended up being a difficult closing process for a condo that I just sold. Bradford and Tanya made it a user friendly process in which I didn't need to be present at the closing. We ran into a few road blocks leading up to closing but the team definitely helped get me past them. The communication was stellar and I couldn't be happier with their services!

Bradford Miller and his legal assistant Elizabeth Pistorio and probably others that I am less aware of have been most helpful and efficient taking me through the short sale of my condo which then encountered complications. I had a great experience with this firm as a first time home buyer. I worked both with paralegal Elizabeth Pistorio and with lawyer Bradford Miller. Both were extremely responsive to my questions and concerns during the closing, courteous, and gave me sound legal advice. I really appreciated how accessible they were. I payed a flat fee (which was very reasonable) for their services but was able to talk to both several different times. I would definitely recommend them to have a smooth real estate transaction in the Chicago area!
