I needed a retrospective appraisal for my dad's house in San Jose, CA. I solicited bids from five different companies, because I wanted to prove diligence to my siblings. Appraisals Only was the most professional bid. Also, Tony from Appraisals Only responded quickly and was the least expensive bid! From the beginning, Tony (Anthony Moses) was absolutely professional. Unlike another appraiser I contacted, he quickly replied to my email, asked for a few details, answered my questions and quoted a fair price (half of what a third appraiser had quoted!). His appraisal was meticulous, thorough, patient and diligent. His report reflected the effort. When I had two more questions after receiving the report, he responded quickly and clearly. I don't often use the word, but Tony's work was flawless.
