This is my daughter and along with her our entire family I would like to thank Tailored Transitions from the bottom of our hearts. My mother Beverly Clawson needed to move into a memory care unit thus needing to sell her home. Tailored Transitions has been a Godsend for my family, helping my aging parents find appropriate housing and care options. We used the a few years ago to explore options all over the South Bay Area and again after my father's passing to get my mom into a great facility.

Tailored Transitions and all of their team members have been incredibly helpful. My mother was transitioning from being a life-long home owner to a retirement community resident as a widow. It's an incredibly disruptive experience for anyone. The entire team bent over backwards to make sure my mom was comfortable with all of her decisions and everything that was ocurring during the process. I would whole-heartedly reccommend Tailored Transitions to enyone who is either going through this process themselves or to their family members who are trying to help.

I've worked in the Senior Retirement/ Assisted Living industry for 6 years and have referred Tailored Transitions to many of my residents. My resident's responses were always extremely 5 star positive. They loved the TT team and utilized them for downsizing, packing, moving, unpacking and selling their homes. I could not be happier I found this company. This is exactly what I needed to help move my grandma when it was time for her to leave her family home and move to a community. She was overwhelmed with just the thought of moving, downsizing, and selling her house.... and especially what to do with everything that is left. The team at Tailored Transitions took care of everything. They are professional, kind, positive, and made the whole process easy. It was a great experience rather than one she was dreading. Tailor transitions are awesome team of professionals . . they are very productive and see for the best interest of the clients..on move days when when we are requested clients are able to experience Stacy and Josie performance and do a complete move in one day of course with the help of us the movers.. Stacy and Josie work very hard to all the extent there is no comparison very unique strengths when working together and wouldn’t change anything moves are fantastic especially for the clients; they get all their stuff moved in one day thats been planned for weeks with the employees at tailor transitions
