If you're considering purchasing a home or selling your current home, I would highly recommend using Tony as your agent.
We used Tony for our first home purchase 2.5 years ago and couldn't have been happier with the purchase transaction. Tony represented both parties, us as the buyers as well as the sellers. Since financing took longer than expected, he made sure that all parties involved were comfortable at each stage of the sell.
2.5 years later, we asked Tony to sell our home and start the process of purchasing a new home. We came to a price that both Tony and I had in mind

This is long overdue as Tony helped my buy a house almost a year ago. He never fails to impress me. Even when the market was high he got me the house I wanted for under asking price. Today my house is worth nearly $300k higher than what I bought it for. I wasn't exactly looking for an investment as much as a home for my family, but I guess I got one thanks to Tony.

This review is long overdue!!! After testing out a few different agents (horrible experiences, we almost gave up!), we stumbled upon Tony by accident! Tony was such a pleasure to deal with, he worked hard with finance to make sure our house closed on time and that we were kept happy at all times. We are hard people to deal with, but Tony was always calm and patient with us! He had other homes closing but he never made us feel like we were in the way or that he didnt have time to talk to us about whatever we needed. We are so happy that we met Tony and if we hadn't we probably would have given

For anyone navigating the confusing, frustrating world that is real estate in today's world, Tony and his team are absolute lifesavers! I owned a severely underwater condo in the Bay Area and my 5 year ARM was about to adjust. Neither of the banks that held my mortgages were willing to work with me to refinance or modify my loans, and it came to the point where I realized that I need professional help. I am writing this review because I believe this is very important to know. I recently purchased a home that tony was listing agent. I attended his open house and talked to him briefly about offers and how short sale's work. I asked my agent to write an offer and submit, upon doing so a few days after the dead line my agent received a call back from Tony. He countered us an addendum that would assure me sticking through the shortsale or I would lose a certain amount of money. At first I thought his tactic was very hard core ( although its perfect if he represents you). Upon accepting our offer

Tony is very dedicated and committed. We were about to hire an very seasoned listing agent whose listing fee was low and competitive. We had met both him and Tony previously. We couldn't decide between the two, so we send Tony an email, he won us over with his cancel any time email. He was willing to put his own money up front by using professional photography. Photography was very important to us.
Tony got us very close to the price we wanted, he over came appraisal difficulties. And also the buyer's agent was just a very part time agent, so that created some challenges for Tony

MLS# 81207066 - Tony really helped me with my short sale. I had been trying to work something out with Bank of America for over a year, but without any results I was given the round around for almost a year. Afterwards, I looked into hiring one of these companies that help people negotiate with the bank, however, I was looking at fees starting at $3000.
