Ritchie Management, with intent, has inflicted many hardships upon my company and staff. We leased a property and have been harrassed via email and text "Remember your employees are being recorded". There are at least 3 other unoccupied units that we share space with I will ensure those coming to inquire about the property know of your character.

The people I was dealing with, Chris Hygelund and Pat Cisneros, lead me on to believe I would receive an office space they had available for almost a month. I started the process of transitioning from one office space to another. My business cannot afford to have lag time and they understood this.They then rejected me once I was already out of my previous location. I was rejected because of my financials that were provided.
What puzzled me is that I was approved by multiple other offices spaces at a much higher price per sqft with more square footage. I myself knowing how to read a financial
