Use CJ as your real estate agent!!!. She was my real estate agent over the Summer. I had a pretty strict set of requirements -- detached home in a fairly specific area, and I had under a million to spend on it. Very difficult in California, especially in the current market. CJ worked with me all summer, visiting at least a couple dozen homes with me, until we finally found one that I was able to win the bidding on. I love my new home, and there is no way I could have done it without CJ.

I am at a loss for words when describing how wonderful an experience it has been to work with CJ Brasiel. I didn't truly understand how hard a real estate agent can work for you until purchasing a single family home in San Jose this past year. This particular translation was a difficult one, due to many issues on the seller side, and CJ helped us through the entire process and safeguarded our interests, even when they might have conflicted with her own (short-term ones).

It's been a great pleasure to work with CJ. She made our first home buying process very smooth and easy. We were very apprehensive and we were going through the first home buyer paralysis. She made sure we got a great offer in and we couldn't believe how soon everything got closed. CJ has been absolutely amazing in our home search and selling our house. She helped us find our dream house during this pandemic. She was very helpful and showed us many homes in our wide search area until we found the right home. She was always available to see homes on a short notice, a requirement in our competitive market. Once it came time to move she went above and beyond by providing moving boxes, arranging for cleaning of our new home and getting painters in to do touchup before we moved in. Who sells a house during a pandemic and keeps clients safe??? CJ! Seriously, the best in the business. We first met CJ 8 yrs ago when selling our home in SJ and buying in MH. Can't say enough good things about CJ. We felt like we were always in the best hands. She is always prompt with her replies and demonstrates a lot of knowledge about the Bay Area real estate down to structural things about buildings.
Even while we were away from vacation for a month, she kept on looking for places for us and communicated constantly to the point that we felt we were slacking off.

CJ helped my husband and I purchase our first home. As first time home buyers, we were uncertain of how the whole process worked, but CJ helped talk us through every step without making us feel like we were incompetent. We loved how willing she was to work at a pace that was comfortable for us.
