Jacquelene Vicente is outstanding as the assistant dockmaster at Esprit Marina!! She is highly competent & has a great personality for dealing with the many issues she faces helping to manage a large marina. We just sold our sailboat & have "moved on" --- but I want you all to know that you will not go wrong choosing Esprit Marina in Marina Del Rey, CA!!

Jackie was amazing and helpful. Great complex, staff, Sq ft is amazing for the price. IMO.... It's the only complex in the Marina that did well with the architecture to maximize the window space/views. I lived in this complex for seven years, then bought a house in Playa Del Rey, sold it and came back. Warning...Once you have an Esprit view you'll never be able to settle for anything less.

As of for the marina itself. Horrible marina manager a lazy as can be. Seen few rats crawling from trash bins and also some facilities, very disgusting. I think new management for this marina I ask for multiple pump outs never get done dock attendant always lounging in the break room or whatever it is storage room, very bad service lots ilegal charters also happening seems tons of people coming down to the docks. Take your boat elsewhere I heading out soon

My wife and I couldn't be happier living in Esprit. In this paradise, we wake up every morning to the sound of sea lions on the dock, get our free coffee downstairs at LA Press, then finish off the day at the pool and jacuzzi. It's a part of LA we didn't know existed and with the free paddleboarding, kayaks and bikes, there is never a shortage of activities. A special shoutout to some of the staff - Stephanie Roque, Mr. Gray and May, are friendly faces that are always there to help us and guide is in the right direction. It's the best place we've lived at in LA so far.

I moved into Esprit just over a week ago and have been thoroughly impressed with the whole move-in process. The amenities, apartment itself, and location of Esprit Marina Del Rey is unbeatable. Additionally, our leasing consultant Marcela has been incredibly helpful in making sure that my roommates and I stay organized throughout move-in. The rest of the staff at Esprit is incredibly friendly and helpful as well. Looking forward to living here for a while!

First class experience from my initial phone call, throughout the entire process of finding the perfect apartment! Stefanie was an absolute pleasure to work with! Couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. I have extremely high expectations and Stefanie hit the nail on the head each and every time! Professional, diligent, and answered ALL of my questions... regardless of how crazy my questions were! Moving can be challenging, especially venturing into a new area. The Esprit team nailed it! I've been a resident here for almost 5 years. We really love the location and the views among many things. I wanted to give a review of the recent work that the maintenance led by Robert completed today. They really did a great refreshing our carpet and painting. It feels like a new place.
Also, even during the pandemic and with the main lobby being closed, any maintenance request that we've made via the resident portal is promptly handled by a competent and courteous staff member.

Moved here about 2 months ago and couldn't be happier. Obviously the location, grounds, and units are all fantastic. Service though is the real home run. Maintenance is quick, responsive, and professional. Always fully addresses the issue, whether repair or replacement is required - usually within 24-48 hours. Building is pristinely maintained. All walkways and common areas are regularly deep cleaned - even the trash room and sidewalks. Security is fantastic. I've lived in and visited several LA apartment buildings and this one is by far and away the best of them.

I just moved in a week ago, during this whole Covid-19 mess. Let me just explain how amazing Lamar their leasing agent is. I did have a small issue that needed a fix right away the day I moved in and the maintenance was here within 20 minutes.
I wake up and literally have water in my face, sunshine, and really nice neighbors. I saw all the reviews prior which made me wary of moving here but I wanted to write that I live here and I truly feel so happy with my decision to choose Espirit as my home. Love living in MDR!!

We moved in 2 months ago. Lamar- our leasing agent was fun, knowledgeable, & all around awesome. The entire staff has been incredible- always smiling and talking to us as they are working. The condo is nice, outstanding views, best amenities, super pet friendly, and so peaceful. We have already made tons of friends. They facilitate this by providing this great Starbucks coffee bar each morning poolside. Everyone has to have their coffee! If we don't meet this way, the employees also organize cool social events with yummy wine & people treats! Alfonzo, the people greeter outside

The management of Esprit be the most incompetent and unprofessional staff I've ever had the experience! Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live!!!
We rented there for a year and was literally harassed by management and security to move out. This apartment is so sick. We decided to move out after lease ends at 8/31 but Office said residences have to put the move-out notice 30 days before move out. We live in LA for years and it is my first time to hear about that. Esprit requires us to pay for September and it is increased price EVEN our lease ends at 8/31. This is so ridiculous.
Also, Spectrum and Esprit double charge us for internet total 200+ dollars because we only upgrade the internet. Spectrum said it is only 30+dollars more than regular plan. When we talked to Esprit front desk MANY TIMES, they told you they would contact with

We've been here since May 2017 and so far love it! The location is perfect with great amenities and an easy walk to the local restaurants, bars, and beach. The pool has been great on the weekends and it's been fun meeting other residents at the community grill! My only concern is all the construction in the area. I hope the local government has a plan for the increased traffic😳

Amenities and the location is great ... so far the girls front door and te guys have been really helpful... Nathalie, mary, Ana , Lamar , Sean and Alfonso have been nothing less than excellent... Is for sure not the best place I've lived since the managing ppl don't do really 100% to help you... most they give us 60% and you better deal with .. even tho you are paying a lot for a luxury thing... but I'm kind of sure they don't understand that much about lux whenever concerns tô interpersonal skills.
