Overall did not have a good experience living here..
I will start by touching on the positive aspects.
The location is probably the best thing. You are situated right in the heart of the Marina in a safe neighborhood and blocks away from Venice beach. The building has 24 hour security, and the security team consist of really hard working nice people. The units are also quite spacious compared to other units in Marina del Rey. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub are great all year around.
And now on to the negative aspects.

This place is absolutely horrible. The maintenance team and leasing office are nothing more than crooks. I had several instances where the maintenance crew entered my apartment without permission, without me being there. In one instance they actually left my front door open for several hours so that anyone could enter. Most apartments are in disrepair, and they attempt to charge residents for routine maintenance, which they are overdue on to begin with. Be careful! Really awful management.

Beautiful, large, spacious apartments with the most pleasant and professional leasing office you'll ever meet. Shaunee went above and beyond the call of duty with incredible service, assistance and coordination for my move in and Veronica dropped everything to help me with some last minute requests before my move in date. So professional and helpful! Truly amazing staff there and a stunning apartment with incredible amenities. Parking, elevator, laundry, trash shoots, saunas, a magnificent heated pool, responsive maintenance and the nicest people you will meet. Feel very lucky to be part of this

These apartments LOOK nice but BEWARE they will make your living experience hell. I was accused MANY times of loud music when I was out of town and not even at home. Then I got a collections from them- 5 years later when I cleaned the whole apartment from top to bottom yet they still charged me. Plus the staff is super strict and stingy. I would NOT live here and so glad I moved out.

My boyfriend Dave and I moved in around May, 2019. And so far, it has been great! The leasing office is very attentive and always available.. Security staff will definitely help you sleep better at night, and they have wonderful events, like Ocean pickup volunteering, Mother's day, and Oktoberfest with bands. Shaunee Kelly was a pleasure to work with.. Her and Veronica are very friendly and attentive. I feel great, coming home from work and seeing them in the office helping people with a smile on, always. And great community if you like PUPPIESSSS! - I never want to move. Just heard they are having

As a long time tenant of Dolphin I have never submitted comments/reviews here however I have recently had the need to seek help for several issues with my apartment (plumbing, painting, carpet cleaning and the relocation of a pesky squirrel.) I am most thankful for the speedy response and attention I received with all of these matters. Specifically, Veronica has been very helpful and attentive. Now, as I consider relocating from my current unit to another one, Veronica continues to be a tremendous resource - very patient with my indecision. I look forward to a continued long and happy tenancy.

I live at the Monte Carlo Apartments the senior part of Dolphin Marina complex.One blind of my vertical blinds fell resulting in a ray of hot sun falling across my couch. Saul was sent to replace the blind. He was in my home less than 5 minutes and it's fixed. Very nice guy, efficient and quick. Great service Dolphin Marina.
