I have lived here for 2.5 years, between my girlfriend and I we have lived at Esprit, Amli & Neptune. It is by far the best value in the Marina for high end living. Several of the other places are wonderful facilities but what sets this place apart are two things. Space, community and staff.
Staff: Michelle and her predecessor Ryan built an amazing team. In fact the unsung hero's are the cleaning in maintenance staff! You have never seen a team work so hard. Juan, Luz, Hugo, Luis, Jeny, Alicia, Rolando, José work weekends and weekdays, starting at 5:30am.
Space: The place was built in the 70

We moved our boat to Wayfarer Marina in December, 2020 and couldn’t be more pleased. The marina is new and clean and security and parking are wonderful. Above all, the Marina manager, Ty Hokinson, is fantastic! He is extremely accommodating and always available and ready to assist. He is a boater and knows boating inside and out, and understands the needs of boaters, both sail and power. We are extremely pleased that we chose Wayfarer Marina and would highly recommend.

Cool property with some nice amenities. Unfortunately, we had two separate poor experiences with the the leasing office - Amira & Margie. At first, we thought that we might have simply caught them on bad days, which is understandable as we all have them. After reading the reviews below, it seems like that's unlikely. After showing us around the property in a manner that can only be described as disinterested, Amira finished off our first showing with, "So when can we expect to hear from you?" We found that interesting as it's quite literally her job, but we did not let it keep us from moving forward
