Didn't use em, they only take your enemies case who was responsible for your injury and call it some type of reatrded business decision rather than what it is (greed) hard pass. No response necessary theirs no such thing as a business decision when an injury exists theoretically or otherwise, right is right, wrong is wrong, now I get sue myself and will guaranteed win or get an arbitration settlement, more money for me and the other plaintiffs, you might call this place and then ask yourself why I ever need an attorney for anything when I can do it myself easily

I found him to be rude and inconsiderate. He failed to commit to handling my case. After weeks of being on "pins and needles," I finally received an unsigned, form letter declining representation.

I have so many nice things to say about this law firm. I never thought in my life I would ever file a lawsuit against anyone. Mcnicholas Law made me feel like someone was finally on my side. They stayed in constant communication with me and basically handled everything. Often times I would call and catch myself just venting to either Matt Mcnicholas or Alyssa Schablonski. Not once did they ever shrug me off like they were busy. Towards the end when we were going to mediation, they made it easy on me.
