Suburban Park Apartments

We moved my Mom in a few months ago. She loves it; it's a bright, sunny apartment, with a great view of beautiful mature trees and nice landscaping. It is pretty tough though for her to open the interior hallway door though; it could use an adjustment. She is very happy with her apartment and it is wonderfully located.

I am SHOCKED by the negative reviews. This place is average, and there isn't anything particularly outstanding about it, but anything below 3 stars is RIDICULOUS! I have been here for several years and they have an outstanding leasing office staff. They do their best to make this a welcoming environment. We have fun contests going on just about every month and you can win gift cards and other cool stuff. They have outdoor movie nights in the spring and summer sponsored by Xfinity. Stefanie and Jacob do an excellent job at making this a family friendly environment for all. They both genuinely care

I happen to live here since 2018. I am so happy living here. There is not enough that i can say about the office staff. Courteous, attentive to the needs of the tenants, prompt response when a work order is placed, the grounds kept clean and grass always cut, the pool area, clean, and kept up to date on keeping it maintained. The laundry area also clean, the play area for children free of anything that can hurt them.
They are a great bunch of good people that care where they work and it definitely shows in the way they are always looking to improve.

Suitable apartment for single and 2 dogs. Clean, roomy. Lots of storage. Lovely location.

Lived here for a year and the people in charge are inadequate.

They should have been working on cleaning the pool months ago, but didn't and are using this pandemic as an excuse not to open it.
Pools all over PA are open except ours.

They've had the gym closed all summer because, they could have easily installed hand sanitizers or wipes...

Our play structures has caution tape wrapped around it like a spiderweb, nobody has taken the time to get off.

This place is a joke! Cockroaches everywhere, especially in the hallways. Will leave your place unattended if maintenance is in your apartment or 3rd party company, such as replacing your first story sliding glass doors and just allow your belongings on full display for everyone to see and unattended. Office ladies always have an attitude. Every month something will come up that they need to be in your apartment for. Worst place I've ever rented from.

I lived here for 2 years and it started out well but after the management switch it became utter s**t. The only good thing was the pool and even that was horrid at times. They would have it closed for no reason sometimes and would never have it open by the time they would say it should be. But the straw that broke the camels back was when I and my wife went to move they charged us extra to fix a few little dime sized holes from where we had pictures hung. It was ridiculous. Yeah don’t live here you’re not missing out on anything.

The grounds were kept well, I never had maintenance problems, and I felt safe here. Everything the apartment was in working condition.
So much was wrong that I'm just going to list it and not bore you with details. Three huge fires, 2 of them due to wiring (I believe at least 2 in the news); my apartment was dirty and scummy upon moving in; they visited twice without telling me before hand (not legal I believe) and locked my cat in a room without food or water; the water once went out for well over 24 hours in my entire building and they offered no assistance; the rent here is about $100/mo more

When I started living there, things were going great. As time when on (2 years), I was having issues with my radiator. I kept calling the main office to ask them to help fix the issue and it would take them hours to get to my home. These issues always took place during the winter. After 3 times of calling and explaining that my radiator was messed up, they did not get a new one for my apartment. The front desk worker is not very polite. I would go down and ask for more information and she always greeted me with an insulting remark. I would never recommend moving to suburban park apartments unless

Convenience is a main draw to this location(near Walmart target grocery) and I guess you have to wait for the right special to get a good lease(664 for 1bd) mine wasn't updated and it was on 3rd floor.
$25 extra fee for pets
I guess they really won't be updating numbers on parking space
No lie staff attitude does appear to shift after signing lease just be aware to not be fooled my "smiling faces"
Chalking could definitely be improved in bathroom

Fair game for the price. I hear stories about management issues but I stay away from leasing office so I'm good. I know people who have been here for 10+ yrs and some who have been evicted. It's your game of life
Maintenance is active which is nice because they follow up quickly
Large complex with some updated units.
It's a nice area, they have nice grounds with a playground pool and small fitness area near the office. You have laundry(fee) available and minimal storage. I my walk-in closet you can't beat it for this area. Conveniently located to Walmart/target/galleria/highway

Horrible experience so far. Moved in two months ago and my air condition has not worked since. It hits 85 degrees in my apartment every single day. Maintenance takes 3 weeks to visit and they have no idea what they're doing. Maintenance claims my air conditioner is working perfectly even though the thermostat is set to 68, and it's 83 degrees. Don't waste your time or money on these people. AS long as they are making money they don't care.

if you park in the wrong spot your neighbors will call the police
