This place blew us away! We first loved that we were seated immediately. Next, we loved that the menu is around-the-world themed. For example, you can order the Vienna, Cozumel, or Tuscan burger, etc. So fun. I ordered their lettuce wraps and loved them. They are huge, but so fresh and so beautiful-looking. My husband has gotten a variety of burgers here and loved them every time. They have a few tables on the patio out front, but we did carry-out last time we stopped in. Cheers!

We went for the first time tonight and unfortunately the service was terrible. When we arrived the restaurant was almost empty and our server seemed bothered by our presence. After we got our drinks I finally went to the waiter stand and got our own straws, because our server didn't come back for at least 10 minutes. The food was delivered in a… timely manner but my wife's order was incorrect. My wife decided just to eat it because again, the server didn't return, even after I got up to look for her. She didn't return to even refill drinks until we were all basically done with our meals

Really great place. We really enjoyed the hand breaded fried pickles. Our little one got chicken tenders and sadly they were extremely over cooked (like very very dark brown). She's only 3 so she refused to eat them. I ended up eating them as leftovers by dousing them in sauce.
I got the chicken lettuce wraps and they were amazing. But I was surprised that they were spicy since it didn't list that on the menu.. my husband got a burger and enjoyed it but would like to try a different one.
I think we will go back and give it another chance because the drinks and atmosphere was

On the main area of midtown Carmel. They have a personal parking area for burgerhaus patrons (not many spots so expect to park on street).
Customer service was good. Food was okay. The Vienna burger I had was medium well and cooked perfectly. My wife got a burger with impossible patty which was cooked beyond well. Taking a point away because it was over cooked and the side salad was nothing special. Garlic truffle fries were very good.
Also, I understand Covid restrictions are lifting a bit and people are comfortable not wearing masks. But the wait staff was mask free and just felt weird being

This location is easy enough to get too with enough parking in the area even if a small walk to the restaurant is needed. I wasn't quite prepared for the lack of face masks even though they arent required in this county. About half the staff was wearing them.
We were sat in the bar at a high table right next to a low table with no barrier and just a short thin wall between us. Even in non covid times this set up is uncomfortable at best...we may as well have been at the same table as them. In just barely on the right side of pandemic times, it was concerning. We kept getting side glances

Sorry Burgerhaus - this isn't going to be pretty. I'm deducting two stars due to our horrible experience last Friday evening. Where do I start?!!? Here's the score card:
* Sat down and placed our order for mixed drinks, appetizers and main entree at around 6:30pm.
* Waited 40 minutes for the appetizers to come out (two bowls of chili)
* Waited another 10 minutes for the mixed drinks after asking about their whereabouts several times (total of 50 minutes had gone by at this point...)
* After one hour, no entrees anywhere in site (and, no server or management anywhere to be found

Great Burger joint for Carmel. Have a long list of option to choose from and other entrees if burgers aren't your thing.
We always get the fried pickles to start because we really think they are one of the best at all the places we've been.
Rather than the regular fries I switch it up and get the garlic parmesan fries for some added flavor!
I also normally just grab a seat at the bar because the restaurant side always seems quite hectic, even when you first walk into to the host stand, probably due to not taking reservations and lake of a waiting area. Just cluttered.

One of the better burgers available anywhere in the Indianapolis area. Of the two times we have been here, the staff have been very accommodating, punctual, and playful with our little boy. The food is fresh, the burgers are large but the bun is always fluffy and not as overwhelming to eat as when it's plated. Both times the cooks were able to hit a medium temperature consistently and we will definitely be coming back once outdoor seating is available.
Interior seating and overall vibe is industrial and really pleasing to the eye.

Trying Burgerhaus for the first time today, I would highly recommend it! Atmosphere was super fun, right near the Arts District in Carmel, and great service capped off a wonderful Sunday lunch. I opted for the Thai Chili Lettuce Wraps after starting with the Parmesan Artichoke Dip. Would definitely be back for lunch or dinner and drinks again soon!

Let me just start by saying that I don't like burgers, but they've changed my mind. Their burgers are juicy and melt in your mouth. Their fried pickles are beer battered and taste amazing. Their onion rings are good too. The truffles fries were not good and I'd pass on ordering any fries the next time I go.

Tonight I The Bozeman and it was pretty amazing!
The chipotle mayo was delicious! The restaurant was clean and there are signs on the tables for social distancing also. The service was slow, but the table busser was fast, upbeat, and welcoming compared to the server. He offered us his help and even brought us things to our table that our server simply didn't even ask, that was very much so appreciated.

My boyfriend and I went here for his birthday dinner and we had high hopes because their food sounds good but the service was just not there. Our waiter was very nice but didn't check on us once we got our food. We asked for a side of ranch and had to flag the waiter down after 25 minutes of not being checked on. A different table sat down and waited almost 30 minutes to be welcomed by anyone. If I was them I think I would have left. The only reason for 3 stars is the food was pretty good. Tasted hot and fresh and came out fairly quick for as slow as everything else was.

Carmel is such a quaint place, and this restaurant is conveniently located a block or two from the bike trail. They have outdoor and indoor seating available right now. Their burgers are awesome! It was my first time, and I ordered the Salamanca which is a Mexican inspired burger with avocado, Monterrey cheese and chipotle sauce served on a pretzel bun. Everyone else in my group ordered different burgers and really enjoyed them. They also have a gluten free menu, and their fries are gluten free as well and have their own dedicated flyer. The service was a little slow, but I'm assuming that

I cannot say enough about this place. Since being diagnosed with Celiac this year, eating out has been very challenging. I usually end up with a salad which is getting old. Burgerhaus has the best burgers and they are one of the few places I have found in this area to carry gluten-free buns. They also have a dedicated fryer for their fries (which… are out of this world). Their waitstaff is always so careful, and I love that when they bring my meal out they make sure to note it is gluten-free so I know they remembered and took care to ensure I won’t get sick. I found Burgerhaus by looking for highly rated Yelp joints in Carmel. The place is pretty small but has shaded, outdoor seating. I arrived after 1 after the lunch crowd had cleared out. Burgerhaus has several craft-made burgers and usually a burger of the month. With my waiter's help, I chose the Salmanaca. The burger came with chipotle mayo, avocado, chorizo, chipotle Monterrey cheese, and verde salsa. I left the tortilla strips off. I have to say I have never had a burger with those specific toppings and it was glorious.
