One year living at shamrock, offering 5 stars community, expensive rent and more
When I moving I found water leak from the roof, never fixed, and never they offer other unit, the elevator was broken for many months, but very late fixed, the gates broken many times and fix when they want, right now the community it is infested with a big rats, it is many things before to do 3 days notice for charges they did broken they own contract, no body listen,
New manager came with ton of problems for to be done but instead they charge and charge money like Bank,
The all unfinished project don’t count

My family and I have lived at Shamrock of Sunrise for 8 years- I don't think I'll ever move!!. We love the property, neighbors, and all the staff in the leasing office. The new property manager Camille is updating the apartments, landscaping and even building a additional parking lot to make sure you and all of your guest has parking. Akida, is so awesome! Every time I call her to request something or have a question-she gets it done IMMEDIATELY. Akida is always so pleasant to speak to and always has a smile on her face (although with masks its hard to see LOL). Camille, the property manager is

Unfortunately, the quality of the apartment, the many changes, and the management style of the complex has steadily decline in the couple of years l have stayed here. I was trying to remain patient throughout the transition especially with the understanding of the current pandemic. I don't want to negativity impact the business by listing all faults and differences but I will be glad to send you an email or attempt to call at my earliest convenience per your request.

My experience thus far has been amazing. Akida and Janelle were always there to answer any of my questions throughout the moving process, they actually made things go very smooth from application to apartment repairs. They are the sweetest and understand the value of providing good service. The complex is pretty quiet for the most part. The grounds are well kept. Maintenance is nice and provides the best service. I am happy to reside here.

5 stars are simply not sufficient to express how satisfied and pleased myself, my family and our little dog Frost were with the living experience at the Shamrock of Sunrise Apartments. Both the management staff and the maintenance staff were truly amazing and not only always answered our issues but solved them in under a day. We had 2 minor issues during our stay - one with the AC and the other with our washing machine. Both were addressed immediately and with care, concern, and kindness by the staff. The grounds are impeccably maintained and constantly being updated and attended to; and although
