This property is under new management and has been making alot of changes in renovations, operations that has made a difference for me as well as other tenants. I can say personally the only negative I can address is the increase of the rent, other than that even the fumigation has shown promise, The new parking system is ok and something to get use to but overall it's a good community with an awesome management and maintenance team, maybe one day we can get Rover. Oh I love the Gym!!!

Apartments spacious. Maintenance does a great job. Very professional management. No washer or dryer in apartments. The washers and dryers are in separate rooms at the end of the buildings. You have to pay to use them. Community pool, bbq area, gym. No security. Only 1 parking spot per apartment. Exterminator comes once per month. You have to call the office and request the exterminator come inside otherwise he won't and you will get roaches. Your rent price reflects the convenience of living near grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants and other stores.

The parking is the worst I had someone threaten me over my own parking spot, the sprinklers are directed right at the door so you’re getting soaked coming in or leaving, Carlos is the worst ever his attention is only on the Spanish tenants here, the grass cutters leave grass that’s gets stuck on cars. I can go on and on about this neighborhood and on top of that the prices are being raised? Glad I moved out best decision I ever made.

€¢Interior and layout of the apartment is great! 2 big walk in closet in the master bedroom, master bedroom is big.
•outside of the building needs to be painted
•the laundry room- good prices on the machines , dryer dries Clothes really good but sometimes the machine will take money from the card and not start.
•bug extermination in the Apts are not consistent as it should be a monthly maintenance as for 1 it is in the leasing contract and 2 , their are 8 Apts per building unit . You will have a roach issue .
•the maintenance workers JOSE and LAWSON are great!!!!!! They are very attentive

Effective Management: I’ve seen 1 managerial change since I’ve been here. The past and current staff have always been efficient, helpful and prompt. We liked that the rent included water, staff was professional, buildings got updated, and move-in condition of the apartment was clean with good appliances. We moved out because an increase is not justified when concessions and club house facilities are no longer offered. Plus its one parking spot assigned to each unit. Overall wasn't a bad place to live for couple years and we got the security deposit back in a week.
