Lourdes hands down is a sweetheart! I didn’t take advantage of the unit in enough time. All in all she was really compassionate and attentive. Great service and beautiful community!

I am extremely happy that I decided to rent with Heron Landing. I love my beautiful and spacious apartment. The grounds are well maintained. Very quiet neighbors.
The staff is very professional and responsive to emails and phone calls. Lourdes and Elaine are very kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Maintenance responds work orders quickly. I highly recommend this community. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Having lived in Heron Landing for the past 4 or so years, I can say that the service and community is wonderful. The office staff and maintenance team have been both understanding to my requests and very friendly over these past years. Overall, very comfortable place to live.

I love the floor plan, and size of my unit! Every morning the maintenance men are out in the community cleaning up. The landscapers are here every week. Lastly, whenever I request repairs, or leave a message with the office, my concerns/requests are addressed in a timely manner.

I have lived here for over a year and could not be happier. The staff is very friendly and has always been very quick to resolve any problems with the apartment. For example the ac broke on me and I requested a repair that night and the next day by the time I got home it was already fixed. If anyone is looking for an apartment I would highly recommend they check this place out.

I had the best experience you can possibly have during the application process to maintainance to living in the community to dealing with the office. I have 0 complaints. I've truly enjoyed living in this property. I would recommend them if you are in the market for a 2 bedroom apartment. Its location was also great, close to everything. The office staff always treated me and any situation that arise with care and compassion. 5 star ratings from me for sure.
