Keeping your teeth clean every day is one of the most important things you can do to keep your smile healthy. Regular dental exams and dental cleanings at the dentist are important, too. Our dentists will examine your teeth, and then customize your cleaning with our hygienists as part of your personalized care.
Tooth discoloration may result from drinking coffee, tea, cola and red wine or from smoking. Teeth Whitening works by exfoliating stains from inside your teeth to bring them back to their natural color. Zoom teeth whitening is a process that uses a 25% hydrogen peroxide gel, the gel is activated via a special UV light.
A root canal treatment is used to repair and save a tooth that is badly decayed or becomes infected. During a root canal treatment, the nerve and blood supply are removed and the inside of the tooth is cleaned and sealed. Without treatment, the tissue surrounding the tooth will become infected and abscesses may form.
After tooth extraction, it's important for a blood clot to form to stop the bleeding and begin the healing process. That's why we ask you to bite on a gauze pad for 30-45 minutes after the appointment. If the bleeding or oozing still persists, place another gauze pad and bite firmly for another 30 minutes.

I called to make a teeth cleaning appointment, which I get two free appointments a year, since I have insurance. When I called, I was told my cleaning would be covered by my insurance. A few weeks later, I received a bill for $90. I called and they adjusted a little but I had to pay $68 after I was told my insurance would pay. Very disappointed about this. I would be careful about the services you receive here due to not knowing what you will have to pay.

Had 2 wisdom teeth extracted today. The only dental procedure ive ever had done in my life because im terrified of the dentist. That all changed today. Dr. Ferguson and his staff are extremely professional and made me feel comfortable as soon as i got there. And the fact that the procedure was painless after all of my worrying made the experience all the more pleasant! I highly recommend Ferguson Family Dentistry.
