For over 35 years Dr. Gregory Owens has been providing exceptional dental care in Abingdon, VA. Our office is dedicated to providing the the best quality and affordable dental care for all of our patients. We do our best to make patients feel comfortable and confident when they visit us by educating them on everything we do and employing friendly, caring, knowledgeable and dedicated staff.
What we call a "prophy" is a professional cleaning by a dentist or hygienist to clean everything you see above the gums. The removal of plaque, calculus, a thorough flossing and a nice polish to make everything feel clean, smooth and help bring your mouth back to a healthy state of health. Oral cancer screenings are conducted free of charge for all patients at every wellness exam.
We accept most dental insurance plans and will gladly process your claim. We are happy to see those to whom we are a preferred provider and those who may be out of network and will work with you to get the most benefits out of your coverage. Please bring your insurance card or information and I.D. with you to your appointment.
