I was told I would be booking this location and just like all the other REAL reviews I was switched to another property two days before my stay, that looks nothing like this one. This company has people answering the phone lying about their name as well as lying saying that person doesn't work there anymore, and then all of a sudden he does. The property I was Switched to looks nothing like the one that I previously booked. SCAM!! We booked this months in advance and just this week (2 days before the reservation) Tara reached out to my friend who booked the place with a lie about the previous guests were refusing to leave because they have covid and now they're getting layers and police involved but would try and rebook us to another rental but would cost us more. As we continued to follow up they provided the same "just waiting to hear back" response with no updates ever. Looking at reviews below this business constantly does this and comes up with some last minute sorry on why you can't stay

My wife and I recently had our civil ceremony held at one of there multiple locations managed by Living the Dream team. Let me tell you that from the very beginning they were courteous, attentive and welcoming. Our 24 guest really enjoyed the property and how spacious it was. My wife and I really enjoyed how attentive and welcoming Ashlee and the entire Living the Dream team was. Always reaching out to me making sure everything was running smoothly on our big day. It was communicated prior to booking that we would have our extended family over one of the nights for dinner. I hired an entire chef and his team to cook for us and provide us with everything we needed to enjoy our evening. Before the chef was even halfway through cooking the meal, someone from Living the Dream showed up at the door telling me to shut my dinner

My Husband and I were looking for a exclusive property regarding our vacation, one thing is for sure Living The Dream has the nicest and most luxurious properties in Los Angeles. The house was clean beyond our expectations. I can’t wait for my next vacation to book with Benji and Rudy again. I would recommend this company to anybody, they have an amazing staff always a call away when you need them. I truest them so much I even sent my parents to long term lease with them. Highly recommend working with the Living the Dream team. Their skills are the best I've ever witnessed. Me and my husband just held our wedding at their Garden villa and it was the night of our dreams. Daniella was at the venue the day of, helping my wedding planner and helping beyond expectations. Booking the venue through Benji and Rudy was a great experience as well. They were understanding, patient, and fulfilled everything that was promised. I can not wait for my 1 year anniversary so we can host another event with the team. Highly recommend!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! Everyone who has posted about this place being a scam has been right. We booked a house through livingthedream.com and two days before our stay, Benji called us to say that our house wasn't available anymore, but he could move us to a different house. The day before our stay he called again and said our new house wasn't available, but he could put us in a house that would cost $2k more. Luckily I found this Yelp page before I was able to confirm, and I asked Benji to cancel. He said he would send me a cancellation refund within 10 minutes, and he never did. I contacted

THE BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. Any positive review on here is likely fake. They cancelled on a group of 13 the night before we were supposed to arrive and after "promising" a refund, have been unresponsive or hanging up on us anytime we try to call. Benji has displayed some immoral, unreliable characteristics and you are a fool if you think he is trustworthy or this place is legit. Do not book here unless you want to lose a lot of money and be without a place to stay.

Me and a few friends planned a getaway to LA for the 4th of July weekend. We traveled more than 4 hours by plane and 2 days before check in, Benji switched our house without giving us an option. There were 10 girls and our original house accommodated us with 5 beds and 3 baths. The new house which is the Pearl, only had 2 bathrooms for TEN girls! Not to mention that two of the beds were in the pool house with no separate bathroom so we had to leave out and go to the main house every time we had to use the restroom. We managed to make the best of it but we never got our security deposit back once

Living The Dream has been great to work with. They make the process so easy for tenants! I have only had great experiences with them. My family and I have been booking with them every summer for years now and every year I am more and more impressed. They are always available and have given us a five star experience every time. If I can leave a 10 star review I would, 5 stars does not even do justice. This company goes above and beyond.

My brothers birthday was during quarantine and we really just wanted a place where we can have a nice dinner with more than six people. Rudy handled our reservation he was attentive, easy to work with, and very understanding. Daniella helped us book a chef a head of time that my brother enjoyed beyond words. She Was also available to us 24/7 and fulfilled all of our request and more. My birthday is coming in the winter and I’m so excited have another amazing experience with them. I would highly recommend working with them the whole team is great and makes you feel very taken care of.

I had the best time working with this company. Best service ever! My family and I rented one of their luxury houses in West Hollywood for two weeks everything was great! The house was clean upon arrival, the concierge lady, Daniella greeted us and showed us the entire house and how to us everything, Benji on the other hand was also always available and so friendly whenever we had questions. I would definitely come back. LOVE IT!

These people are con artists. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! We rented the property through HomeAway.com. They made several unauthorized charges to my card and would not refund. We didn't even get to stay in the house due to COVID-19 and they wouldn't refund our money at all. It took me forever to get someone on the phone from the company and when I finally did they were dismissive and told me that they sent me the cancellation policy before I booked which they absolutely DID NOT. They tried to send it to me after the phone call so it looked as if I knew about it. Then I tried to call back everyday

I rented a VRBO property (Sunset Villa) in December for an August 2020 booking. I paid my deposit with the next payment due 6/5/2020. Living the Dream made an unauthorized charge to my credit card on 3/10/2020 for $3223 and they refuse to reverse the charge even though they were told to by VRBO. Rudy the manger refuses to return calls or emails or messages on the VRBO site, Benji and Bernie (accounting) also refuse to return calls or emails. VRBO sent a final email giving Rudy 48 hours to respond, he didn't.

Absolutely horrendous service/customer car. I booked a LA property for an event and then get a call 3 months later that the property I booked is no longer available and they are switching me into a different property, that is far worse than the one I booked. I explained I won't be taking it as that's not what I had booked, and the manager stated 'Well that's too bad, we won't be refunding any of your reservation.'
Couldn't believe what I had heard. I was forced to stop the charge on my CC. Stay far away from these rats, absolutely horrific service/business practices

They are con artists. Told me I could have a DJ for my event even let the DJ drive over an hour to test the equipment. Day of the event after check in they told me no DJ and that they took 1500 dollars from my bank account. A text I didn't even see until after my event. I messaged them and called every day about the 1500 they said they had refunded it and it's still processing. Today they told me I am not getting the money back because I had a DJ which was not approved yet I have text messages showing that they knew about the DJ before hand and were ok with it. Don't trust them.

The one star is solely for the beautiful property. Nothing for the management company (Living The Dream). This experience was from July 2019. My daughter booked 'The Beverly Hills Mansion' for her wedding, 8 mos prior. 3 days before the wedding, LTD called and said the home was 'uninhabitable due to the earthquake' and offered a different property.(Can you say despair?)
