When you book your appointment, we will ask for full payment. We will provide a full refund if canceled outside of 24 hours. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a refund of 50% of the reserved service amount and "No Shows" will not be entitled to a refund. Our cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our stylists' schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.

I am probably literally the highest form of anxiety that exists. I'm pretty chill but extremely anxious at the same time too. It's a weird balance. It tends to lead me to avoid situations out of fear for a variety of potential things that could happen. So with that said, I have been avoiding getting my hair done for years. Close to 5 actually. I booked on a whim with Danielle and guys, she's fantastic. You need her in your hairs life. And yours. She's double amazing as a person and a hairstylist.

Shade is one of a kind!!! This was my first time doing anything to my hair and I’m glad Shade was the one I went to. She’s very talented and explained everything to me before I decided on what I wanted. I got a heavy balayage as well as a face framing haircut and absolutely love it. She was amazing and I loved talking to her. I definitely will be returning to do touch-ups with Shade. Thank you!

My life is so busy that I have had a hard time getting to my stylist at home. We're here in Vegas for a week so I decided to make the time for a cut and color. I found this salon via yelp. I chose Lela due to her yelp reviews and availability and I'm so glad I did! She was very easy to talk to and gave me exactly the cut and color that I asked for. It's entirely possible that I won't be able to have a cut/color before we return to Vegas, and if that is the case, I will definitely come back!

This is my third time going to 9037 Salon and my haircut results was always perfect. I booked an appointment (09/29/21) with Kenadee for the second time because she got my haircut correct the first time I had her. This time, she got it correct again. For both times, I had layered haircuts that I requested for. Not only does she cut it right, but she always gets it done faster than any other salons that always takes forever while also cutting it wrong. Thank you, Kenadee, I look forward in seeing you again for my next haircut.

It's always hard and nerve wracking trying to find someone to do your hair especially with curly hair. I've always been screwed over by stylists who have never dealt with my 2b/2c hair before. Lela always nails it on the mark! She always knows exactly what I want and does it in a way that flatters my face and my hair type. I just got a brazilian blow out from her and I'm obsessed. I'll always come back to her!

Darnell was wonderful! I came in with a head of hair that needed a lot of work and walked out with a haircut that I love! Darnell was easy to talk to, and we had a wonderful conversation. I love my new style. This may be the best cut I've ever had. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

If you have curly hair then you should definatly come here and get your hair done by Taylor! She was so amazing and did such a great a job, I have never had a better haircut before and I am absolutely inlove with my hair. I'm not from Las Vegas or even Nevada for that matter, so after having botched haircut after another, coming here was a breath of fresh air and being with a stylist who knew how to handle my hair was the absolute best, thank you Taylor for giving me the best haircut ever!

I'm not a typical individual to go to a salon. I'm usually nervous with the price and I don't get my hair colored so haven't seen the reason why to go. I get my layers redone and dead ends off - that's it typically. However, 9037 Salon has changed this around for me! I will 100% be coming back to see Kenadee. She made me realize what a good cut is and has great customer service. Super easy to talk to and great care. I gave the idea for my cut and she earned my trust with my hair. She was not rough, I was at peace while she did my hair. 100% recommend. Plus, the other hairstylist

Super easy to book online, sticker shocked that I had to pay for the full price as the deposit, a call the day before to confirm the appointment, pleasant music (same Spotify playlist?), super nice, modern and clean facility, and most importantly Shade, the artist. I absolutely appreciate all the questions she asked to be sure what I want! I'm so happy. I love how she wore a painters apron, she's an artist!!!

I was visiting Las Vegas from California and was in desperate need for some highlights because my hairdresser had to close her doors due to the pandemic. I got on Yelp and searched for the best salons in Vegas and 9037 Salon came up. I went to the website and made an appointment online with Karla for two days later. I am very happy that I made an appointment here. Karla did a fantastic job and really listened to what I wanted and how I liked my highlights. She reached out the night before to see what I was wanting to do and I showed her pictures of my hair--how it currently was and how I like it

I was excited to find a local hair salon in Vegas for my simple trim. My stylist name Kayla was very attentive and detailed. She knew exactly what I wanted and made her I was comfortable with the hair cut. I can tell she was very detailed, when she was trimming my hair. That made me feel comfortable. She wasn't pushing me to color my hair either, which I appreciated.

Taylor Carter is so wonderful for both color and cut! As someone with Asian hair, it's extremely difficult to find someone who can color Asian hair well and cut our straight straight straight hair, but Taylor does it soooo well! I'm someone who likes my hair medium/short and she knows how to razor it to give it dimension.
Last year, I went all blond for the first time and Taylor had the pleasure of doing it! I was extremely pleased of the resulting color and didn't experience any breakage at all that some can have. She gave me advice on how to care for the color and avoid breakage

DO NOT GO WITH SAM!!! She made MY HAIR FALL OUT!!!!!! I went to her previously for a Balayage and then scheduled an appointment for full highlights. My hair before coming in for full highlights was very thick. I was known for having thick hair. She left the bleach on my hair for too long as she was attending multiple clients. MY HAIR IS SUPER THIN NOW!!!! Especially in the back crown area where she left the bleach on the longest. When she was washing the bleach out she became panicky in her voice and mention that I had a small amount of breakage but I had the bright blonde color that I wanted.
