The place is literally a dump!! Management literally refuses to take out the trash!! This place needs sanctioned by Shelby County and The State of Alabama!!! There is no excuse why they can't make trips to the dump!! Residents should not have to!!

Apartments are fine- You CAN most definitely hear through the walls so make sure to pray for considerate neighbors. My biggest pet peeve no pun intended is the constantly barking dogs that can go all day and nights without recourse. Count on your baby being awakened anytime you approach the building. When you're are paying a premium price for luxury apartments one would expect a level of peace and quiet. Compared to other places I've lived, maintenance is slower than usual but they do eventually get to you.

Clean, well maintained, staff is amazing! And take care of property. Any problems I’ve had with anything in the apartment has been taken care of immediately.

We have lived here 19 months and have absolutely no complaints. The apartments are spacious and wonderful. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. I love the security of the gates and the staff is kind, caring and so accommodating. This is absolutely the best place to live and we never plan to leave. Thank you Kent and Rachel for all you do.

Loving it! Quiet, friendly community. More room then i really know what to do with. The amenities are awesome. Wonderful management. Glad i made the decision to move...no regrets.
