If I could give this company 0 stars I would. If you enjoy being called a “****ing piece of ***t” and being told “ you will never be anything in life” then this is the place for you. I tried speaking with management and Angelique would not help me at all. I have lived in several apartments and never had this problem. I wouldn’t recommend any properties with this company. They do not care about their residents. David Dobbins specifically is the worst manager I have ever worked with. He is the one who said those things to me.

Worst place to live at. Simple as that. Management and Maintenance are a pain to get stuff done. When we had a AC leak, took 2 weeks to fix, and the problem was a clogged drain. Next issue that has occurred is when me and my roommate where swapping washing machines, as I was setting up the pipes from the wall into the washing machine and as soon I as turned the water for it to run, the pipe behind the sheet rock broke. Took maintenance 2 hours for the maintenance guy to find the shut off valve and fled my whole apartment. Then there trying to blame us for the damages. 0/10 worst place to stay at

I guess they changed people. It’s use to be a good place to stay and maintenance use to be on point. They use to have two maintenance men that use to fix things literally the next day. Now they have four maintenance men they can’t fix anything. It take them almost a whole month to come out, and fix something, and they still don’t fix it. I guess they like forget it. Yes I took my five stars back.

I've been living here for exactly one week and I already regret signing the lease. I've had nothing but problems since I moved in. First of all, I was supposed to be in a different apartment but they changed it at the last minute on me and put me in the one I'm in now. Second, when I walked through the apartment, there were so many roaches in the kitchen and when I addressed this with the person walking through, they claimed that the pest people come every Friday. How is it that pest control comes weekly and there are roaches everywhere?! WHY are there roaches everywhere before a new tenant moves

Staff is A1. Office Staff is very helpful and communicative with property updates. Maintenance staff takes care of any issues within one day, usually the same day. Submitted a online repair ticket, a/c had went out early Friday afternoon, maintenance was there within a couple of hours. We had cool air within an hour. Great property and staff!

I've been living in this community almost 3 years now. Staffs are friendly and units are very clean and nice. I'm currently living in renovated unit and it's even better. Whenever I have had any issue, they fixed it very quick. People in the complex are very nice and I would definitely recommend this complex to people I know of.
