I’ve been staying here for a year now and I must say the staff from management to maintenance has been amazing. Very helpful and fast with any issues u may have. Understanding and cooperative without taking away from their job duties gives me more reasons to renew my lease and stay a bit longer.. I normally don’t do reviews but I felt this was necessary because I’ve ran across some horrible apartment managers and their maintenance team was just as bad but this team makes up for all that.. No bugs or anything crawling through the walls after a couple months and pest control always on time

Run! This complex has no quiet hours. My coworker lives here currently and comes to work every day with severe lack of sleep issues due to the noise in her apartment. Granted the people who live upstairs are not maliciously creating noise, but any apartment complex should know that you don't put a family of 6 or more above a single person. I can confidently say that her living conditions are unbearable because I have heard it first hand. It is difficult to carry on a conversation in her apartment because of either the bed squeaking throughout the night or the children running from room to room

Please disregard Alabama Crappie Adventures's review, that person does not even live here. I have been living in this location for about 4 months now, but I would like to say that for the cost, this place is worth every penny.
I live in a 2 bed 1 bath location, and the management is very helpful if you have any issues. Just go and talk to them.
Also Spectrum has 200 Mbps going through here so the internet speed is also amazing.
If there is a issue, they always get it fixed. Also did I tell you that this exit on the 65 is where the back up usually starts when going home at 5? so that you can
