I have been living here going on three years and Carolyn and Bobby are great they treat you like family.great place to live very quiet and always great neighbors. Carolyn goes over and beyond for her tenants and will always greet u with a smile.Glad to call meadow wood apartments my home till I buy a house.

Lived here since last year and it's been a good experience. Carolyn makes sure to accommodate your needs and will not sugar coat anything. The maintenance man is great, fixes what you need in a good amount of time. Its library quiet here. I forget I have neighbors until I see the cars in the parking lot also tons of parking spaces. They had a new playground built and so that's a plus for my friends who have kids and want to visit. 1 min walk to our church. Only thing I would love in the apartments are if the bedrooms and living room had ceiling fans. Other than that I give it 5 stars. Will move

I lived at Meadow Wood about 7 years ago it was the best apartment complex I had ever lived in! Carolyn and Bobby were amazing! The only reason I left was because I purchased a home. I would highly recommend for people to give Meadow Wood a try you won't be sorry. Carolyn goes out of her way to help you feel safe and at home and Bobby will never let you down a maintenance request.

Just recently signed my lease and will be moving in six days. So far my experience has been amazing. Carolyn is well informed and friendly. She responds to emails immediately and always answers phone calls. The location is quiet and peaceful. I know I will feel safe here. I can't wait to move in!

The apartments are over priced for how old these building are in 1980's the appliances are out of date! And there junky do not attempted to run your gas furnace. It's to old to use and not safe and it leaks gas and the wiring is not up to code so deffianlty not safe to use it may blow up. It stinks and has a very bad gas smell not good for someone that has asthma or has to have oxygen. To may bugs everywhere in the kitchen dosnt matter how much you clean and spray and keep kitchen clean it's so gross!! And there is no on cite washer and dryer so good luck!

Sad thing is, I loved living at Meadow Wood in Pelham. I lived there 4 years and had a small dog that I paid a $400 fee to have. I received a bill today showing I owe them $383. Let me break that down as they have on the letter. (I tried to copy/post the actual letter but it will not post.)
