I hate this place with a passion. No one should be forced to live here! I finally got out earlier this yr because I refused to agree to another lease so I paid a higher month to month while applying elsewhere. I couldn’t bring any of my belongings with me when I moved because everything was infested. A roach/rat problem that was ignored for not 1, not 2, not 3 but almost 4 YEARS during my stay. Once a bug crawled in my daughters ear, that was the last straw. They were falling from the ceiling and landing on us in the middle of the night, falling in our food while cooking it. Update: 09/26/21 The new staff under the new contract are even worse and more unprofessional. I am so glad to be moving from these horrible apartments. I have been harassed and treated poorly since I moved here with the second management company and I am considering taking out a lawsuit for discrimination because I have a disability and just received a message on my voicemail where the lady who claims she works in the office left a very unprofessional message on my voicemail. This is the most inconsiderate place to stay . The people in the rent office are very unprofessional and ghetto. They was suppose to come and fix things in my townhome and it’s like they come when they feel like it . The Maintenance was very unprofessional, I was 4 months pregnant when the older man and a younger dude, came in the back smoking cigarettes. That was very rude of him, he was doing a lot of coughing , this is all during the pandemic. I was 8 months pregnant when the heat went out . Ms. Sophia the new property manager has turned this property around! I visited this property about a year ago and came in today and the property looked good, the grounds were very well maintained and I noticed the loitering was down to a minimum. Ms. Sophia was by herself in the office when I visited and was extremely busy but took the time out to handle each individual person with excellent customer service. They didn't have a one bedroom available for my move in date, but I recommend this community to anyone looking for a affordable apartment where the staff takes pride in their community.

I lost my work from home job from the cable wiring and apartment wiring not being well. I had leaks in my apartment. They used paint to cover chips in the bathtub and My car got damaged living here . The Windows could never keep the heat inside during the winter. The unforgiving roaches that take over if you do not keep an orkin pest control guy coming through every month because maintainence can't handle it. Everything
