Go somewhere else!! They switch staff about every 6 months , some staff are competent and some aren’t. Currently the new staff doesn’t do maintenance requests,answer their phones and make up lies to cover up their laziness . The trash piles up and is very embarrassing when you invite company to your home. It’s frustrating because rent is high! Behind the bushes are filthy so don’t be fooled! Their are giant cockroaches outside that sneak into your apt! The only reason why we don’t have rats and mice is because they are gangs of stray cats.

DO NOT APPLY HERE!!!! Will RIP YOU OFF!! I filled out the app Oct 29 2021 for a move in date of Nov 15. I contacted them nov 2. The office lady (same person I toured with) told me to call back on nov 4th. I called that day and an entire month they went totally ghost. I’ve sent numerous emails which I have proof of. Still did not get a response. They did not hold up their end of the deal, when I went to the property personally the office personnel (same person I toured with) said they had no knowledge of the application, she did not remember me, they were not leasing to anyone due to new management

I’ve recently had a tour of Harvard Palace and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. From the facilities to the amenities, everything was well kept and and thoroughly cleaned. The staff were also pleasant, Mr. Garfield Riley, who assisted me, was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Harvard Palce is definitely on top of my list of places to live once I move into the area.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This one star is way more than they deserve. This place only looks good in pictures. It’s filthy on the grounds. I’ve been here since February and see the same pieces of trash outside my building. When I rains, huge bodies of water settle around my building and that causes to mosquito to breed so I can’t step outside without being swarmed. Not to mention the ROACHES all over. GUNSHOTS ALL SUMMER, not fireworks but GUNSHOTS, I’m ex military and original from Compton California so I know. They are extremely unprofessional inside the leasing office and will have an eviction

Im a previous resident of Harvard place apartments. After I moved i still had some mailing issues tied into my old place. I ran into a personal problem and Ms. Alice Cheatm was amazing!! She was quick to help resolve this issue as well as kept me updated. She was more than helpful. I would recommend this complex to anyone. They help you to no end and the communication is beyond expectations! Had I not had to move back to my home state I’d still be here!

I promised to write a review when I finished my lease and here it is. So I will say I give Q and a guy who's name I forgot a 5 star but Harvard Place a 3 star. I give Q a five because she is very professional, nice, and knows her information. The young man was very sincere and professional as well. I give there maintenance a five star because they always showed up, were over worked since they worked at other apartment complexes, and we're very friendly. Now, the reason Harvard got a 3 star is because when we first moved in we were expecting everything to look new. However, the cabinets obviously

Although I did not have the opportunity to rent an apartment from Harvard Place I have, and will continue to recommend potential tenants.
The customer service I received was overwhelming (in a positive way). I was very impressed in the short time I was in the leasing office, I witnessed three tenants come in, and all of which were greeted by their last names. Which was also very appealing to me. However, I did not accept the rental agreement because of the unit location. If there was another unit with better placement available in the complex I would very much be interested if given the opportunity

Currently I'm entering my 2nd year here at Harvard Place, and have been completely satisfied. The former staff did a great job in taking care of my needs, but the new property manager Nikki is BEYOND amazing!!! Wise choice bringing her aboard. I have to show appreciation to Ms. Key as well as the grounds & maintenance crew. Whenever I have an issue, regardless to how small, the maintenance team are right on the case immediately. The grounds are always well groomed and inviting. I love my apartment here and I'm blessed to have friendly respectable neighbors. I'll most definitely be here for a while
