SECTION8 APARTMENTS PEOPLE WANTED ONLY AT GREENS AT STONE CREEK!!
I applied at The Greens at Stone Creek two weeks ago and was shocked to find out that they accept Section 8 and low income housing!! I was denied stating Credit Score when I know my credit is not Excellent but if I can get approved for loans, credit cards bank accounts etc and it is over 675 and have a excellent rental history with No Evictions and work full time I was Denied!! I am not the type of candidate they want for their complex becUse my money is not Govertment money!! I was truly disappointed and shocked but after finding

I really thought I would love to move here until I was rip off by the property. I wanted to move in a clean safe place for kids and husband we had just had theft in our neighborhood and I explained that to the leasing agent she seemed really understandable and said come out she act as if we could get into the complex and told us to bring the application and the holding fee. We asked her do if we are not approve will we get the holding fee back she said yes well to make a long story short I came in and had to fill out both applications. Towards the end of the filling out all those papers I started
