Amazing! From start to finish, everything was easy and quick. I was working with Kim, who is just awesome! I was running late on my move in date, driving from CA and they stayed and waited. I was extremely blessed. Offered me a drink, even after I was late. Me and my kids were able to spend Thanksgiving in our new place. Inside was just like the photos, and the kitchen is great!! I already love being here. I also wanna thank Tasha for waiting, you have no idea how much it really means. 😊

She was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about me, understood my needs from the very beginning. I applied for an apartment in October 2021 and worked with the leasing agent Kris there. I was denied because of the documents required, and was guaranteed a refund I paid to pre-lease ( hold) the apartment on 10/23/2021, and have not received ANY payment, and/or communication. The return address and information was confirmed. I have left multiple messages, and still no call back. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau to help resolve this issue.

The search for my very fist apartment has been a rocky journey for me. I’ve struggled to find a great community, with great leasing staff, and desired amenities. I’m happy to have ended my search at The Park at Stonehaven, as it has everything I need and want. I would like to extend heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to Ms. Kim Mathes, as she assisted me during my application process. She has been informative, kind, and steadfast on providing relevant communication/information. Although the complex sold itself, Kim wrapped it up & put the bow on it. Thanks again Kim!
