Robb did the home inspection for the Patio Home I am purchasing. Robb did a wonderful job explaining the steps he was going to accomplish throughout the inspection. During the inspection he was interactive, answered all my questions and openly discussed any issues and/or concerns he came across. He was very thorough, displayed a great knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the inspection and did a wonderful job making sure he covered everything. He was very personable and gracious. Robb came and met me at the house that I was looking to purchase. I’m a first time homebuyer and had no idea what to expect or what to look for. Robb was great, he was very thorough, walked me through everything he saw that needed work. He summarized what he thought were priority items that needed to be fixed asap, and other issues that might arise over time with other things.
