Unhappy I can see why they have a 3.9 rating. McKenzie was dismissive and unapologetic. I had a baby front desk knew the tech knew and no one wanted to tell me I couldn’t get a mammogram until 9 months after babies were born. A complete waste of my time! Horrible communication and lack of knowledge in this place not sure I’ll ever return.

Very unprofessional Dawn Groff was rude and confrontational to my daughter and myself ... waited 45 min for our appt in the exam room .. came in without my daughters chart and questioned my daughter on the treatment plan that Dawn previously prescribed.. it was like she had no idea about her or her health history.. I questioned if she knew my daughters chart and she flew off the handle asking if I had a problem with her and did we want to reschedule.. very unprofessional and made my daughter and I super uncomfortable .. I don't understand how this person is practicing and giving treatment

At first I thought this place was a new place for woman to be understood, but you are rushed through, really no exam, only woman issues are addressed, they really cant help you with any other medical issues. They dont really listen to anything you say. Will continue to look for a primary dr. That actually looks at you as a human.

I was so thankful to find a place that not only attended to my needs, but also our daughters. It’s so important to understand and feel comfortable with wellness care. Amazing!!! From the person who greeted me when I walked in the door to the check-in process and my exam everything was seamless!!
I've never enjoyed a mammogram so much in my life!! Pleasant and efficient!

New patient exam. The office is beautiful, the whole team from front desk to specialist was kind and informative about every procedure from pelvic exam to mammogram! I am thankful to have found this office!
Highly recommend and will be visiting for everything I need! Maybe even get something cosmetic done to feel even better!

This was part my fault I thought Ma'am grams was a general practice office. I went in for a bad rash on my arm and leg.
The person that came in talked to me about everything else If I had wanted a well women's exam I would have made the appointment for it..I'm 60 years old I did the genealogy test thinking it was paper work for new patients.
I'm not going to have surgery if it came back I don't even have insurance to pay for it but she kept bringing it up .
She did tell me I had an infection in my leg but had no idea why I have the rash told me things that it might be but just didn't know..

Unfortunately my aesthetician works out of this location. I have followed Dawn for 20 plus years. I went in for some botox in june, called a few weeks later because eyes were crinkling, so I went in to see Dawn again. She gave me a few units of botox to fix the issue and said there was no charge. Told the receptionist there was no charge... then I get a bill from Ma'am Exams. I called them and told them what I was told when checking out. The girl that answered in the billing dept said she would have to get with her supervisor...I told her to do whatever she needed to do.. I was not going to pay

My first visit to Ma’am Exams, absolutely wonderful! Everyone is incredibly kind and friendly. I scheduled a physical with blood work and a mamo. The doc and tech are knowledgeable and professional. It’s really nice to have a one-stop-shop for all things female! Decor is adorable and office is incredibly clean. Very female friendly! I will be back.

I really wanted to like this place but each time I've been let down. My very first time and appt was last week and the NP that saw me spent about 3 minutes getting to know me and when I described my suspected issues with thyroid and also potentially pre diabetes her first response was if I had Covid before and this could be due to that? What? Besides that she ordered some labs which is nice, I came the next morning since I had to be fasting and waited 30 minutes with an appt, apparently their phlebotomist was a no call no show. I was heading out of town so couldn't stay. I came back that

The office is gorgeous, comfortable the staff was friendly and listened. The visit with the provider was quick and left me with a lot of unanswered questions to my health and concerns. I was told that “Insurance won’t handle concerns with non well woman issues during a well woman visit, so...” and left it at that.
I’m here for a second visit for ultrasound, and hope that my experience is better. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to come and address each issue through multiple visits. Not sure what the next step is.

Absolutely the worst experience ever! Kari the office manager is a joke! Provider calls the afternoon before appts and cancels due to a emergency for the provider which is understandable. However, can't find any reasonable time to reschedule for an urgent issue. Then the office manager is beyond rude and says we should find another provider elsewhere! What a joke. Don't waste your time with this place. No consideration for the patients schedule whatsoever.

The staff at Ma'am Exams is the best! I've been coming here for my well-woman check-up for 5 years or so. I trust them with all of my medical needs. My Ma'am Exams doctor is my primary care physician. I like the ability to have them call in/refill my prescriptions. I've had different insurance companies over the years and they all cover Ma'am Exams 100%. Come here for the caring staff and the ease of the experience!

I was really excited to try ma'am exams as I had heard a lot of great things about them. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience and will never go back. They seem to only care about the bottom line. They don't care about their patients or listen to their requests and then try to blame the patient for their mistake. Most businesses would try to make it right, but not this one. I will never go back.

I recently scheduled an appointment with Ma'am exams for my annual mammogram. Looking at the services on the webpage, I saw they offered Thyroid support as well and was excited to not make a 40-minute drive to my Endocrinologist and possibly move this service for a "one-stop-shop".

Ma'am Exams is awesome. Came in a couple weeks for a regular annual well woman exam and found out they also do primary care. I was looking for a new dr. and Laura, who is a NP was so sweet, helpful and thorough. She listened to all of my questions and concerns. Very little wait time and the office decor is so cute. Very comfortable environment.

If i could leave a zero i would. I have been a patient for a couple years and it was great at first but the quality of respect is gone. The last several visits have been very Unpleasant. From the office manager who has an attitude her self to the nurse. If u have a concern of care u should be able to talk to the office manager and feel like she cares and will address ur concerns... instead she defends the bad behavior her aids give patients. Weather a patient comes in scared , upset whatever ur in a field to have compassion and this office has been lacking it this for sometime. The turn over

Ma'am Exams is a one stop healthcare shop. You can have your primary, your OB/Gyn and testing, all in one place.
I was referred by a friend at work, and was pleasantly surprised how great it is here. The building is shiny and new. The inside is all about pink, bling, fashion and the like. The decorations are cute and comforting. Even the scale is pink! (Makes me not so mad to get on it!)
I first saw Sabrina, and just loved her. She listened to my issues, and had tests run right away. She was kind, funny, and thorough. I just heard that she is out, and may not return. This makes me sad! However

I came here as I read it was a one stop shop, and with a busy life I wanted to get my yearly Pap smear along with establishing a primary care physician.
Arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early as requested.
Was very pleased with the decorations and atmosphere, trendy, inviting, clean, definitely didn't feel like I was at a doctors office.

Since there is no zero option I am forced to select 1 star. I've been going to Maam exam for several years now & I'm not sure why I stuck around. Did all those pretty pink walls & girly decorations brainwash me? I'm thinking so!
This place "acts" as if they can do it all, but I'm not sure they can solve the basic women's problems.
First off all their turnover rate seems high. Not sure I have ever seen the same person more than twice. I've never had problems with any of the office
