I put one star cause that is the best way to get noticed. I took some time to read through the review about this place cause I am looking for a place to rent. It appears most of your low ratings comes from your management team on site. They have been there for many years with no improvement and from the last review 2 months ago they are still there. Because of these bad reviews mostly do the management team I do not plan on acquiring availability. If you want people to stay or even rent a place from this establishment I suggest carefully rereading your reviews, get rid of the management bringing

Janice and Kendra have been extremely kind and helpful , very professional helping us through the application process and the credit check....actually going out of their way to help us. They have been very patient with us, always answering all our questions. It's an upcoming move in.....we still are waiting for our unit to be ready for inspection....but we are excited to be moving to this great little community. It is simply beautiful.

I love living here!! I live in a nice 2 bedroom apartment which is home to me and it has a nice fireplace in the living room. It's cozy! The wild life is abundant and I feel blessed to live with it all.
In the summer, I have the windows open and at night I get a terrific cross breeze. It's like camping only my home gives me a feeling of a more structured tent...lol. Hicks lack is a close walk from here making summer even more interesting. On the bus line and close to stores. Great place to live.

This is probably one of the worse places I have ever lived and all I've ever done in my life is RENT. Thankfully I never had a vehicle broken into. I was harassed from day one of moving into this nightmare. Before the new property management took over it was still a nightmare. Management at that point was wonderful though. They were very caring and understanding of certain situations. Casey Harris is still there and very pleasant to deal with. She is professional and will do everything she can to help. The other manager Cassidy, not so much. She is professional, but shouldn't be dealing with the

I currently reside at Summer Ridge Apartments. My family and I moved into a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in April 2014. I will start by saying that our experience living here has been just fine. It's a bit noisy during the day and during the summer months with a lot of kids living here but not intolerable. I never hear our neighbors as others have said (probably depends on what building and unit you are in) For the price you get a crazy good amount of square footage. I noticed upon move in that the trim around walls and doors was a bit shabby and the windows and doors are certainly outdated but everything
