The leasing agents were very patient and kind, great about answering questions and explaining. Our apartment was renovated, new carpet and fixtures. Very comfortable, quieter than we thought it would be, since we previously lived in a house. The maintenance crew is prompt and they work hard to maintain the grounds. Convenient location.

Brittany ! Let me first start off by saying how wonderful you are. Like I love having leasing agents that are so kind! TEAM BRITNEY! And you’ve been nothing but wonderful every interaction. I can see why they hired you , I would co sign a raise any day. This property I’ve been at has been such an amazing home. I love coming home. I love the location. I love how the place is kept up. I love how fast maintenance is. Every single person working here has been so nice to me and my son. I cannot express how special this place is to me. I’ve gotten a few opportunities in Everett and have been commuting

Lived here for just over 3 years. Anytime we had an issue with something like the dishwasher or the shower or anything, they were in either same day or next and the maintenance guys are really kind. Whenever I called in they were really nice. Before they did any inspections they’re supposed to give you I think 1 or 2 day notice, but they usually gave us like a week in advance notice which was nice! Lots of kids and military families live here.
It felt like a safe place to live and Uber eats will deliver ☺️ There was definitely not enough parking sometimes, but that isn’t really the complexes

I lived here for a few years. The management during the first year or so was not so great. Brittany G. was always the best to speak with and very kind. Maintenance was super nice and respectful of pets and did fast maintenance repairs. The apartments themselves were not the best- however the upgrades looked great! The apartment was at a great price however I often had loud neighbors who didn’t pick up the pet waste and left random items at their front door. Overall- it was a pleasant place to live though!

Lived there for 10 months too long lol. Walls are paper thin all amenities were "under maintenance". Every lady lady in the office were so rude. Except Brittany she was the only person that treated you with respect. Lastly constant "lease agreement changes" im no lawyer but i was under the assumption that a lease can not be changed after signing...

We had only lived in these apartments for a couple months before a fire-our fault-wrecked it and almost all of our stuff.
The amount of compassion and care they showed us during this stressful time has been unbelievable. They were so great about explaining the steps in the process and what we needed to do next, and thank goodness they require renters insurance because that absolutely saved us.
They worked overtime to get us out of a hotel and into our new apartment seamlessly! Both apartments that we’ve had have been clean and very nice.
Everything is well lit at night and it’s a nice quiet

Rent has gone up close to 300 dollars in the last 3 years, office hours have been cut, pool hours have been cut and the back pool is closed for more than half the summer, I have have a poorly fitted back door that leaks heat in the winter and despite promises to fix it... it's been broken for 4 years now. Anything nice I had to say about this place vanished when it stopped being worth what I pay.

I was planning to move in here, but changed my mind. At first it seemed like a good place to live, until i tried to communicate with the leasing staff. I asked for a copy of the lease several times to have a lawyer look over it, they told me that the lease doesn't leave the office. When I told them that I changed my mind, they refused to refund me half the deposit that it says they have to in the agreement I signed. There was nothing wrong with the complex, the leasing staff just sucks to work with, they do not communicate with tenants at all.
