I've here now and after reading l the reviews prior I'm glad they changed management. The ladies here now are really nice and helpful and the maintance guy is a champ. Now just remember you are living around different people of different lives and you will understand that is complex isn't that bad. I have been in way worse situations. I have 3 kids and two pets and feel very comfortable here with everything that is going on for an apartment complex

Been here just under 2 months. I love it here. We moved from a house to this. It’s roomy yet cozy. Very pet friendly! Scenery is peaceful.
Maintenance is ON it fixing things. Staff is as sweet as can be.
Only things I see as an issue is people are not super good about cleaning up after their dogs. That’s a shame.
I’d say the buildings need a good power washing lol. Oh and people speed through parking lot.
Other than those minor things, it’s perfect here ❤️

I am coming up on the end of my lease and I really hope to have an amazing staff and home like here. Everyone included in the staff is professional and friendly (landscaping company, maintenance, and front desk). They keep the appearance of the complex neat and presentable with the landscaping. I’ve never experienced maintenance going more than a day without taking care of even minor issues. Every time I need anything from the front desk they are incredibly efficient and attentive. Thank you so much for making this a great experience. I wish I didn’t have to relocate!

Let me start by saying that the maintenance guys. Specifically Jesse were the main reason we stayed here for 6 years! They were awesome! They would get anything and everything done fast and efficient! A lot of times same day! But man did the front office go down hill. If you like being talked down to. Or never having a solution for your problems. Then by all means please talk to the ladies at the front office. My wife and I would probably still live there if Deanna the previous property manager still worked there!

We've never had any issues. If there was a maintenance problem, it was addressed immediately. The Staff here are always so nice and so helpful. The apartments are very nice and spacious as well. Neighbors are great. If people had friends over, I could hear it in the hallway walking to my door, but as soon as I was in my apartment, I couldn't hear anything.

I rarely write reviews but I have been living at the village for a year now and have received amazing customer service. The management have answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure everything I need is being taken care of. I am constantly impressed by how great maintenance is. The building is beautiful and the amenities are great, overall amazing place to live!

Starter Apartment that turned into a home! I was pleasantly pleased with the complex in itself. Initial encounter was good. Deanna was very helpful in setting me up. Apartment was a bit small for a one bedroom but it did the job!! Pricing was a touch high, but within reason. The new team was just as helpful! Maintenance has to be one of the top in the area. Jesse and his team fixed any problem I had within a day, usually in a few hours!! The only thing that prevents me from 5 stars in the dumpster area. Broken glass at times so be careful.
