There’s literally no parking. So if you park your car where it’s safe, you get towed. But if you park where you won’t get towed, someone breaks into your car through the window.
Paying this much for an apartment should AT THE VERY LEAST provide you and your family with an environment that is safe for your family and your hard earned belongings.
Please do yourself a favor and find literally anywhere else to dump your money! Heck the dump is down the street and I’d rather live there at this point because at least they have parking and security cameras!

They do not care for military families, harassing we pay our rent. Service member relief act you think they would honor I guess not. Since they leave notes harassing people knowing military does not get their whole bah up front but the front office doesn’t care. They just stick notes on ur doors never been late we pay half and half as that is how the military gives it to us. At this point my opinion my change of time but right now not impressed how they treat military

Worst experience living in an apartment ever. It’s been almost 2 months living with everyday loud noise coming from upstairs. I do not recommend moving to this place unless you are on third floor. After every weeks of complaining for 2 months, management finally came up with a solution that probably would take another 2 months to resolve. I would not even give a 1star.

Moving to Britton Place Apartments was one of the best decisions I've ever made during my military service and after. They are truly military-friendly place and the people in the management office are even more friendly. I broke my lease twice easily during this period by providing the proper military documents (PCS and deployment orders). Yes, this place may seem expensive for some people, but this is a "you get what you paid for" type of situation. I have moved into more than one apartment during the last two years and have not noticed a single issue. I am planning to return to Britton Place

Now that I’m gone, I can say how I truly feel. Stephanie, the leasing professional, is amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is squared away for you. Naomi on the other hand is awful. Every time I stopped by for information she always told me wrong information. For example, somehow my account to pay rent locked me out. She told me it would take six months to unlock it. SIX MONTHS???? Stephanie fixed my account within a week. The apartments are okay, but way over priced and parking sucks.

I have lived here for almost a year and have had the worst experience overall. First of all the leasing office personnel never answer the phone and when they do they don't follow through with anything. I have been complaining about my neighbors harassing me and my family and they don't care. The walls are so think you can hear downstairs and upstairs neighbors having conversations.i do not recommend this place.

I love living here! The manager and assistant manager are so kind and always have a warm greeting to give when they see you. My daughter loves the free cocoa and coffee machine they have. It feels so safe here and everyone is either really nice or just mind their business. I would say the only downside is the parking. But honestly if you are capable of walking it's not a bad walk.

I've been here for just over 3 months and are incredibly happy with both our apartment and the staff.
In regards to the basics, the gym, pool area, and landscaping is always clean and well cared for. All the apartments are brand new and the appliances in our unit work phenomenally. Coffee machine in the clubhouse is SO GOOD! In the event that you park a short distance away from your unit, the entire grounds are well lit, which makes me feel safe walking to my place at night time.
