Leeanna Sheeley was the best! She answered all of our many questions. Professional and easy process to get the apartment/home we wanted. Grounds are clean. Units were clean and exceeded our expectations. We appreciate her humor during a very tense year. All in All - very happy with her management and property.

LeeAnna is great! One of the best apartment managers I’ve ever had. My family and I have lived here for about 7 years and love it. A lot of families stay for years because the management is wonderful, the neighbors are friendly, and the property is beautiful. The maintenance guy, Brandon, is amazing, too. Gets the job done QUICK and is personable and trustworthy. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice with all the newly built homes around, and the elementary school (Seven Oaks) is only five minutes walking distance and and has fantastic teachers!

The property manager has amazing customer service skills.She explained everything to us upfront and always responds back as quickly as possible. Always super friendly and actually listens. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. The apartment we got was renovated recently and is super cute. The grounds are kept clean and the private dock is a huge plus. These are older apartments and if you don't take the precautions that the property manager tells you before you move in you will get mold. We haven't had any issues with mold growth. The apartments are tucked away and relatively quiet
