I had all sorts of car problems. James was very friendly and helpful. Richard (mechanic) was very quick to correctly diagnose my issues and got me back on the road in no time . This place is great. I bought a truck that I knew needed some work. While I usually do my own work I had some surgery done and this job was pretty major which would be much more pleasant with a lift, which I don’t have. I took it into these guys and they did a great job. They kept me informed of pricing and what was required to fix issues and time frames. James is who I dealt with and he is a great guy too. They even covered some warranty issues that came up when a part failed. I’ll definitely come back if the need arises. Thanks

My car had a problem with the battery. They charged me $200 to change it which was fine. Somehow the check engine line came on with the battery complications and they said they would fix it. It turned off for a day but came back on 24 hours later. I came back into the shop to see if they would fix what they weren't able to the first time. I was told that it would be another $100 to diagnose the check engine light and it couldn't be done for over a week. Pretty lousy accountability on their end. Go somewhere else.

I moved to Bountiful from Virginia where my cousins own and operate a small "mom and pop" style auto shop that is VERY similar to Aaron's Auto Pros. I really appreciate the ease it was to make an appointment, the quality of the work, and the service were all top notch.
I appreciate the honestly offer the front desk to say "we not be the cheapest service cost but we do try to give you the best quality service." I would agree. I like building a good trust with a reliable auto repair place, and I have been pleased with my decision to go to Aaron's Auto.

The team at Aaron's Auto Pro were fantastic and helped me with a major auto issue. I had a hole in a cylinder and made the decision to have a new engine put into my Ford Expedition. James went to work in getting all of the parts, and scheduling the work. Aaron and James worked to get me back on the road as soon as they could. They made sure that everything worked well, and we are in the process of the first 500 miles on the engine and it's running smooth. Everyone was professional and made sure that they communicated all that needed to happen. I would highly recommend Aaron's Auto Pro!

Quick shout out to James and Aaron. My girlfriend took her 2009 Honda Accord V6 to Aaron's Auto Pro. We had never used them before but reviews were good. The vehicle had 180,000 miles on it and was running very poorly. A diagnostic was done and it was discovered, there were two misfiring cylinders. The cause was two bad ignition coils and all 6 spark plugs were in very poor condition. Aaron replaced all the necessary items and completed a full fuel system service. After all this was completed, the problem was a partial fix and it was discovered the Catalytic Convertor was shot. This also needed

From unfortunate experience, I've come to not trust dealership mechanics and have found small, local shops to be more honest & reliable. Finding one comes through trial and error. Beyond exceptional service. They squeezed us in when dealing with a tricky situation and helped us figure out what was really wrong with the car (after we already stopped at two other places to try and figure out why the car wouldn't start). Aaron was amazing and went above and beyond my expectations. He helped find the cheapest price for the parts and didn't try to make us fix more than was needed. I recommend all individuals and dealers take their cars to Aaron's. They're efficient, very good at communication, reasonably priced, and most importantly gets the job done right. I had a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder with a check engine light, I first took it to a mechanic next to our company and they couldn't figure it out, then I took it to Tim Dahle Nissan and they told me there was no hope for the car. Aaron took good care of me. I don't normally go here, and ended up at this shop kind of out of necessity. I think he gained a new long term customer. And I should be a good customer, because I only buy crappy old cars!
Price was more than fair, AND he didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't ask him about. He easily could have, because I have a number of other problems with the car. That says something to me. He cares more about gaining customers than a quick buck.
Good/honest mechanics are hard to find. He is both.

I guess you can call me the Grim Reaper for car purchases. I go through a lot of cars. That's just who I am. Out of all the shops in bountiful, West Bountiful, Centerville, Salt Lake, Murry, and Farmington, I've ever been to, this one is the best. I have a 2005 Dodge ram 2500. It had the most insane death wobble on the front end. Aaron and his team worked tirelessly problem-solving and fixing everything and anything that could cause a problem. It was insane. Due to my schedule I wasn't able to get my rotors turned at Aaron's. However, Aaron spent 5 minutes with me on the phone discussing the best quality parts and places to get them turned off of the car. His willingness to help me in this way is a good indication to me that he is not out for money and is interested in helping people. I do most of my own repair work, but I will go to Aaron if I need work done in the future.

Aaron is one of those rare, exceptional mechanics that you meet only once or twice in the lifetime of a car. We came from San Francisco, our poor truck barely chugging into Salt Lake City after towing our brand new travel trailer from the Bay. We had had quite the saga: the RV dealer installed a faulty brake controller in California, resulting in considerable damage to our truck.
