Good price on tires, not great customer service.
I got a good deal on some tires for my BMW and had them ordered and installed very quickly. However, when I got my vehicle back, the inside drivers door handle was broken off. They "claim" that it was broken before they did any work on the vehicle.
How is it possible for me to get out of my vehicle with no issues, leave the car with them, come back, and have my handle laying on the floor of the car when I get back into it and have it broken before I dropped it off?
I take meticulous care of my vehicle and notice just about everything especially

These are some real good folks there at the Utah Valley Goodyear in downtown Salt Lake. They did what I thought would be a several thousand dollar job and they did a really good job at what they did to you has my car driving right now thank you for being trustworthy honest mechanics you guys are great!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! They just lost them selves business from a national account and could’ve cared less. They would not look up the national account number only tried looking through a printed book of account numbers from 1992. I went to another Good Year location 7 miles away... will not be back here.
