I took my truck in to get the AC fixed. They estimated $750 to replace it. I said go ahead. A few hours later they called and said the belt needed tightening and saved me $600.. I won't take my cars anywhere else. Great guys. Great service. Very honest.

Steve is honest and informative. I don't know the rest of the crew but they are quick, efficient and very competent. This is literally (and I mean literally literally) the second review I've ever posted. They fixed what needed fixing and gave me options beyond that while explaining to me in detail what the issues were. If anyone as truck illiterate as me needs a great mechanic they can trust I'll send them to Ray's.

While on vacation to Utah our 2011 Honda Odyssey had an electrical problem which turned out to be a bad alternator and battery. We were in a pinch and Simon and the crew were able to get it in and repaired more quickly than we anticipated. We only lost a day, and were able to get back on the road by 6:00 p.m. as they were closing up for the day. And although repairs of that nature are costly, we felt the work that was done and that price that was charged was very fair.

Twice Ray's has handled problems that a dishonest shop could have charged hundreds/thousands to "fix." They were honest and both problems were fixed with ease and quickly. It's refreshining to know that such a dependable and honest company still exists. If you need repairs, you owe it to yourself to give them the first shot. It's easy to see why my son takes all their work vehicles there.

I've never been treated that poorly by a front desk crew EVER. When I walked in to get an oil change, 2 guys were standing behind the counter and didn't look up or say hi for at least 30 seconds. Then when the guy finally looked at me, he barked, "What year is your car. Address. Do you have keys." There was no "hi" and no smile.. just angry men who glared at me the whole time. Every ounce of me wanted to leave, but I drove all the way there and my oil needed to be changed so badly, so I stayed. I'm not sure if they're just horribly rude, if they had a hard

They told me it would take a few days to get the parts and fix an oil leak, but they were able to get the parts and fix the leak on the same day I brought it in! My wheel was also about to fall off, but they fixed that and they had me come back so they can check on it and make sure that I'm all good. I'm very satisfied with the service I received and I will be going back for future needs.

I'm torn giving Ray's a great rating -- because I want to be selfish and have them all to myself. But I also want them to be wildly successful because they work so hard at being so incredible all the time. I used them once seven years ago on a recommendation from a trusted coworker. As long as they are around, Ray's is the last shop I will ever need. As others have written, they are honest to a fault. They work to make sure the real problem is found and fixed correctly. They find the best parts for the money -- they know they are, in the end, spending someone else's money. Go

These guys are amazing! Especially Steve. He went out of his way to listen to the horrible experience we had at another shop, and helped us figure out what was really going on with the car. He didn't treat me like he didn't have time to listen, he didn't even have to. But he did! I won't take my car anywhere else! I trust Rays muffler! Thank you!

These guys are the best!! They could have screwed me over but they saved me about 1000$ I was told my car was missing two catalytic converters. So I called Steve to find out when I could have this done. We talked and he did some research and found out what I was missing was resonators not cats. Thank you so much for your honesty.

Another California fraud alert. My husband took my car out of town for business this past November.Unfortunately he had to have the catalytic converter replaced. My husband was assured by the texhnician that it would pass smog in California. Not only was the catalytic converter not compatable with the California Star Certified Smog station but my car is a 2002 and after calling the manufacturer the converter was for 96-98. The response from Rays Muffler was that we are just out of luck. I believe they knew by the time we realized we were ripped off we would be long gone and we would not find out

I went into this shop yesterday to inquire about upgrading my exhaust. I spoke with a salesperson named Dustin Bishop and asked specifically if they stocked Flowmaster (I have used this brand on past vehicles and have heard from others that it would be a good match for my vehicle). He informed me that do carry Flowmaster, but wasn't sure if they had any in stock for my vehicle. He said they also carried some Magnaflow products as well as some foreign equivalents to Flowmaster that might suit me. We then moved to the shop where his team cut out my old muffler and let me hear
