The maintenance Marc is a real life saver on handling things that were either done incorrectly or not finished at all. He came in for one thing and went above his duties of just fixing one thing after seeing other problems within the apartment. I’m real appreciative of him helping me and my daughter live in a safe environment. Thank you, Marc.

Now, I give it all 5 because I like living here is fine, decent and I'll be fare about it. I have no problems with no one and no one with me. Neighbors are good and not noisy at all. Good so far... BUT there are little things among a few...No big deal at all. For example, someone on the comments here mentioned something about molding in an apartment and posted pics. Crazy thing is that I have the same issue as well in my air unit. I thought I was the only one. Shouldn't be this way and I shouldn't even have to be cleaning anything. Maybe I should ask for a "Marc-maintenance guy" I saw a good recommendation

Please do not move into these apartments. POOR SERVICE FROM MAINTENANCE, crazy looking people roaming the property at night, your ac unit will never work properly and maintenance is too incompetent to fix it. I had an ac problem and maintenance came at least 5 times during the time I live there and the ac was never properly fixed. This place is a nightmare to live in to say the least. Please take heed.

Marc has once again come and did a wonderful job. He always looks out for us and makes sure our maintenance issues are solved in a quickly and efficient manner. He made sure I got my shower kit in the master bathroom and now he’s doing the same for the guest bathroom. The Finn is very lucky to have Marc because he is a joy and gets the job done. Horrible experience. Melinda and Precious are liars, very rude and dismissive! They don’t care about their tenants, the maintenance team is understaffed. Kitchen cabinets are cheap. My unit was “updated” and wasn’t worth the money at all. The gates never work there is always a huge line to enter the complex. Always something going on in terms of crime you’ll see ambulances/cops there every other week. Thin walls, AC unit was always leaking. I could go on but I won’t!
